Hello, today while my PC was updating to Windows 10, I found it was taking unusually long so I turned it off. A heavy mistake on my part, since then the computer's indicator light meant to show it's in sleep mode has been blinking and I can't turn it on or "turn it off," plus no light indicating it's charging turns on when I plug it in. My computer is an ultra-thin Acer Swift 1, new for a week, with all my courses on it... I would like to find a quick solution that doesn't cost me an arm and allows me to keep all my documents. Additionally, I've looked at some forums explaining that the issue could be resolved by removing the battery, but the battery of my PC is located at the back, making it impossible to access unless I unscrew everything.
I believe this error could happen to many people, hoping that a kind soul passes by here with a solution!
Configuration: Windows / Chrome 61.0.3163.100

Hello,
Did you manage to find a solution? I made exactly the same mistake as you on the same computer and all the courses are on it, I really need them..

Good evening...
Usually, we remove the battery, unplug the charger, and press the power button for thirty seconds... that's often enough and it can't damage anything... even if you can't remove the battery, unplug it and press the power button for 30 seconds....
Best regards,
See you soon
P.S.: definitely don't disassemble ANYTHING, or you'll lose your warranty rights... although having stopped the updates, it may not be a sure thing!
