Hello, good evening! Since yesterday I have a little (big) problem..
Yesterday while turning on my computer, my wallpaper, the software in the taskbar, all my settings had disappeared! But curiously, I still have my music, movies, pictures in my library.. (THANKFULLY) so I reset some of my settings while being disgusted.. Then I turned off my computer normally
This morning I turned it on and bam! Everything had disappeared again! I reset 2-3 settings, I turned it off (to do a test) and when I turned it back on, those 2-3 things had also disappeared!!
What can I do?
For info: when I turn on my computer, it says "preparing Windows" and then when the welcome screen appears, a message appears on the right to tell me that my information could not be retrieved.. I click on this message but nothing appears.. (except for all the software that restarts asking me for my preferences.. like AMD Catalyst Control Center, I don't even know what it does..)
My computer did an update 1-2 years ago to get me on Windows 10, so I'm on Windows 10. My computer is an ASUS that I've had for 5-6 years
Thank you for your help!
If a topic already exists for this problem, please send me the link (if there’s a solution.....)
If you need more info about my problem, just let me know

As restoration processes are generally initiated by a function key "F10," for example, at startup, a poor connection on the key due to water or the key being partially stuck may be the cause of the problem.

Hi,
don't you have a slightly stuck "F10" key?

Good evening...
Is it a laptop or a desktop?
Best regards,
See you soon
