Bonjour,

voila mon probleme :
UC utilisé a 99% sur gestionnaire des taches CLMLService.exe prend tout l uc donc j ai fait terminer le processus
car impossible de faire quoi que ce soit .
apres diferents scan aucun resultat .
j ai fait tourné HijackThis et fixé les deux lignes correspondants a CLMLService .

apparament çela marche bien mais ma question est : ai je resolu mon probleme ?

ou faut il faire plus ??

Slt,

CLMService.exe est legitime, mais poste un rapport HiJackThis stp pour verifier si infections il y a.

Reposte un rapport Hijackthis avec la version 2.0.2 :



Clique sur ce lien
http://www.trendsecure.com/portal/en-US/threat_analytics/HJTInstall.exe
pour télécharger le fichier d'installation d'HijackThis.

Enregistre HJTInstall.exe sur ton bureau.

Double-clique sur HJTInstall.exe pour lancer le programme

Par défaut, il s'installera là :
C:\Program Files\Trend Micro\HijackThis

Accepte la license en cliquant sur le bouton "I Accept"

Choisis l'option "Do a system scan and save a log file"

Clique sur "Save log" pour enregistrer le rapport qui s'ouvrira avec le bloc-note

Clique sur "Edition -> Sélectionner tout", puis sur "Edition -> Copier" pour copier tout le contenu du rapport

Colle le rapport que tu viens de copier sur ce forum

Ne fixe encore AUCUNE ligne, cela pourrait empêcher ton PC de fonctionner correctement

Double-clique dessus pour lancer l'installation.

Accepte le contrat de licence.

Puis double-clique sur le raccourci Toolbar S&D présent sur ton bureau.

Sélectionne la langue souhaitée et valide par la touche entrée.

Choisis l'option 1 ( Recherche ).

Patiente jusqu'à la fin du scan.

Poste le rapport généré. ( C:\TB.txt )

1) Imprime ces instructions ou sauvegarde les sur ton Bureau car il faudra fermer toutes les fenêtres et applications lors de l'installation et de l'analyse.

2) Télécharge Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware (MBAM) et enregistre le sur ton bureau à partir de ce lien :

3) A la fin du téléchargement, ferme toutes les fenêtres et programmes, y compris celui-ci.

4) Double-clique sur l'icône Download_mbam-setup.exe sur ton bureau pour démarrer le programme d'installation.

5) Pendant l'installation, suis les indications (en particulier le choix de la langue et l'autorisation d'accession à Internet). N'apporte aucune modification aux réglages par défaut et, en fin d'installation, vérifie que les options Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware et Launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware sont cochées.

6) MBAM démarrera automatiquement et enverra un message demandant à mettre à jour le programme avant de lancer une analyse. Comme MBAM se met automatiquement à jour en fin d'installation, clique sur OK pour fermer la boîte de dialogue. La fenêtre principale de MBAM s'affiche :

7) Dans l'onglet analyse, vérifie que "Exécuter une analyse rapide" est coché et clique sur le bouton Rechercher pour démarrer l'analyse.

8) MBAM analyse ton ordinateur. L'analyse peut prendre un certain teps. Il suffit de vérifier de temps en temps son avancement.

9) A la fin de l'analyse, un message s'affiche indiquant la fin de l'analyse. Clique sur OK pour poursuivre.

10) Si des malwares ont été détectés, leur liste s'affiche.
En cliquant sur Suppression (?) , MBAM va détruire les fichiers et clés de registre et en mettre une copie dans la quarantaine.

11) MBAM va ouvrir le bloc-notes et y copier le rapport d'analyse. Ferme le bloc-note. (Le rapport peut être retrouvé sous l'onglet Rapports/logs)

12) Ferme MBAM en cliquant sur Quitter.

Bon,

Laisse tomber MBAM, relance toolbar sd et fait l'option 2 (suppression) et poste le rapport.

Ensuite reposte un hijackthis

Rapport GenProc 2.323 [1] - 11/01/2009 - Windows XP

Il est impératif de désactiver le résident de A-Squared pendant l'ensemble des manipulations qui vont suivre. Aide A-Squared : http://ww11.genproc.com/a-squared/a-squared.html

Dans CCleaner, clique sur "Options", "Avancé" et décoche la case "Effacer uniquement les fichiers, du dossier Temp de Windows, plus vieux que 48 heures".
Par la suite, laisse-le avec ses réglages par défaut. C'est tout.


# Etape 1/ Télécharge :

- SmitfraudFix http://siri.urz.free.fr/Fix/SmitfraudFix.exe (S!Ri)
Double-clique sur le fichier "smitfraudfix.exe" et choisis l'option 1 ; il va lister tous les éléments nuisibles dans un rapport : poste le maintenant.


Redémarre en mode sans échec comme indiqué ici https://www.wekyo.com/demarrer-le-pc-en-mode-sans-echec-windows-7-et-8/ ; pour retrouver le rapport, clique sur le raccourci "GenProc" sur ton bureau. Choisis ta session courante *** Famille ***


# Etape 2/

Double-clique sur le fichier "SmitfraudFix.exe" et choisis l'option 2, réponds oui à tout et laisse-le procéder. Sauvegarde le rapport sur ton bureau.

# Etape 3/

Lance CCleaner : "Nettoyeur"/"lancer le nettoyage" et c'est tout.

# Etape 4/

Redémarre normalement et poste, dans la même réponse :

- Le rapport SmitfraudFix que tu as sauvegardé sur ton bureau ;
- Un nouveau rapport HijackThis http://forum.telecharger.01net.com/forum/high-tech/PRODUITS/Questions-techniques/hijackthis-version-install-sujet_199100_1.htm ;

Précise les difficultés que tu as eu (ce que tu n'as pas pu faire...) ainsi que l'évolution de la situation.

GenProc n'a détecté aucune infection caractéristique et suggère de suivre la procédure suivante :


# Etape 1/ Télécharge :
ToolsCleaner! http://pc-system.fr/ (A.Rothstein & Dj QUIOU) sur ton Bureau.

# Etape 2/
- Double-clique sur ToolsCleaner2.exe pour le lancer.
- Clique sur Recherche et laisse le scan agir.
- Clique sur Suppression pour finaliser.
- Tu peux, si tu le souhaites, te servir des Options Facultatives.
- Clique sur Quitter pour obtenir le rapport C:\TCleaner.txt
- Poste le rapport (TCleaner.txt) qui se trouve à la racine de ton disque dur (C:\).

# Etape 3/
Poste un rapport Nod32 https://www.eset.com/ (il faut utiliser Internet Explorer)
- coche toutes les cases à chaque fois, et lorsque c'est terminé, colle le rapport :
- C:\Program Files\EsetOnlineScanner\log.txt

Continue les etapes de genproc, a savoir un scan en ligne pour une derniere verification

Tu peux deja passer toolscleaner2 qui va supprimer les fix utilisés lors de cette desinfection !

1/ J'attends le rapport de toolscleaner

2/ton rapport du scan en ligne


PS : Tu peux restaurer si tu veux mais ce n'est pas tres utile, renseigne-toi sur google pour savoir si ca t'es utile ou non.

- Double-clique sur ToolsCleaner2.exe pour le lancer.
- Clique sur Recherche et laisse le scan agir.
- Clique sur Suppression pour finaliser.
- Tu peux, si tu le souhaites, te servir des Options Facultatives.
- Clique sur Quitter pour obtenir le rapport C:\TCleaner.txt
- Poste le rapport (TCleaner.txt) qui se trouve à la racine de ton disque dur (C:\).

j ai un souci toolcleaner ma supprimé hijack daonc je ne peu plus restauurer ce que j avais fixer !

c est grave ?

Bon ton pc est clean !

Si tu penses que c'est ok tu peux mettre le sujet en resolu stp.
