Plus de son, hauts-parleurs non détectés Résolu

Question

Bonjour, je voudrai savoir si quelqu'un pouvait m'aider : je n'ai plus de son sur mon ordinateur, quand le branche les hauts-parleurs ils ne sont plus détectés et quand j'utilise des écouteurs, le même problème survient. Beaucoup m'ont conseillé Maconfig.com mais sur ce site on présente des driver pour les périphériques détectés non ? Je pense que le problème vient de mon PC, il n'y à plus en bas à droite l'icône du son.Configuration: Windows XP

Je pense que tu n'y connais pas grand chose. Je t'aiderai pas à pas si nécessaire.
Mais pour cela il faut que tu indiques la marque et le modèle de ton PC.

tu as perdu  ton icone  c est vrai qu on pourrais chercher des heure  ton icone  mais personne pourrais te fournir  ou  elle se ccache  et a pu etre tout simplement  supprimer par mesgarde

Démarrer/Exécuter. tu tapes dxdiag + OK.
Et tu copies ici ce qui est indiqué en face de Fabricant du système et de Modèle du système.

Mais sinon je crois bien que le problème du son viens du PC et non des hauts-parleurs ou des écouteurs car j'ai regardé (pas dans ce diagnostic en anglais) dans l'onglet "son" (original ^^) et rien n'était marqué yavais périphérique : ............. partout. Enfin vous l'avez surement deviné =).

alors fait panneau de configuration->Performances et maintenance->system->va dans l'onglet matériel->gestionnaire de périphériques et regarde dans contrôleur audio s'il n'y a pas de point d'interrogation si oui dis moi le nom ou il y a le point d'interogation

Explications :, 

Pour pouvoir installer (c'est à dire la faire reconnaître par Windows et ainsi fonctionner) ta carte son qui est intégrée à la carte-mère, tu as besoin d'utiliser un petit logiciel, le pilote.

Ce pilote (ou driver) est propre à ta carte son et tu dois d'abord le télécharger. Mais pour cela il faut bien évidemment connaître le nom de ta carte son.

2 sources possibles pour cela : 
- le site du constructeur du PC quand c'est un PC de marque ce qui est ton cas. Mais la marque ne suffit pas. Si tu avais le N° de série de ton PC on pourrait avoir le renseignement ici http://www.olidata.com/Ns/default.asp
- Le site du constructeur de la carte-mère. C'est une Asus, mais comme elle est passée par Olidata, Asus ne donne pas la possibilité d'en télécharger les pilotes. Par contre les autres cartes-mères de la même famille utilisent la carte son Analog Devices SoundMax AD1980 et c'est probablement cette carte-son qui est intégrée à ta carte-mère et dont je t'ai donné le lien pour en télécharger le pilote.

Une fois le pilote téléchargé il faut l'utiliser de façon à installer ta carte son.

Non mais je suis désolé j'ai fait appel à un spécialiste il m'a tout arrangé c'est bon j'ai le son mais le problème c'est que je n'ai rien compris à ce qu'il à fait donc je ne peux pas expliquer pour ceux qui ont le même problème que moi désolé.

Si tu suis encore cette discussion, pour savoir ce qu'il en est :

Démarrer/ Exécuter, tu tapes msinfo32 + OK
Composants/Périphérique Audio.
Quel est le nom indiqué ?

merci pour votre aide jmp85 mais comme dit au poste n°54 mon problème est résolu. 

Ps : je sais je ne suis pas obligé d'expliquer mais c'est mieux pour les internautes qui ont le même problème que moi
