Mon micro ne fonction pas!

bonjour à tous . j ai un probleme avec mon microphonne je n arrive pas enregistrer un son ou à comuniquer avec messenger alors que mes hautparleur fonctione dur dur .j ai ouvert toutes les sessions de windows.
voilä les caracteristique du PC mais media carte est neuve que j´ai remplacé , c´est Medion :MD 42073.
