Bonjour,

j'aurais besoin d'aide pour un problème de plantage Firefox, pointeur souris qui bloque, écran qui fige .
je précise que je viens de refaire une installation complète de vista et que le problème est réapparue très vite.
je viens de télécharger hijackthis je m'en remet donc a vous car je ne sais pas du tout utiliser ce logiciel

    ▶ Télécharge Reload_TDSSKiller

    ▶ Lance le

    choisis : télécharger la derniere version

    ▶ relance-le

    choisis : lancer le nettoyage

    TDSSKiller va s'ouvrir , clique sur "Start Scan"

    une fois qu'il a terminé , redemarre s'il te le demande pour finir de nettoyer

    sinon , ferme tdssKiller et le rapport s'affichera sur le bureau

      Tu peux commencer par supprimer Spybot avec son foutu Teatimer.exe
      Passe par Malwarebyte's Antimalware.

        d'abord a tinou35800 : il frise même en dehors d'internet!
        befax? il me semble que malwarebyte's que j'ai d'ailleurs déjà essayé est un programme similaire a Windows defender il faudrait alors que je le désactive?

            TDSSKiller est détecté comme tel mais tu dois l'autoriser.
            Logiciel très pratique.

          desactive ton antivirus
          desactive Windows defender si présent
          desactive ton pare-feu

          Ferme toutes tes appilications en cours

          telecharge et enregistre ceci sur ton bureau :

          Pre_Scan

          s'il n'est pas sur ton bureau coupe-le de ton dossier telechargements et colle-le sur ton bureau

          Avertissement: Il y aura une extinction courte du bureau --> pas de panique.

          une fois telechargé lance-le , laisse faire le scan jusqu'à l'apparition de "Pre_scan.txt" sur le bureau.

          si l'outil detecte un proxy et que tu n'en as pas installé clique sur "supprimer le proxy"

          si l'outil semble ne pas avoir fonctionné renomme-le winlogon , ou change son extension en .com ou .scr

          Il se peut qu'une multitude de fenêtres noires clignotent , laisse-le travailler

          Poste Pre_Scan.txt qui apparaitra sur le bureau en fin de scan

              combien de fois tu l'a lancé ?

              tu as desactivé Avast ?
              tu as desactivé la seandbox d'avast ?
              tu n'as pas desactivé le parefeu apparemment :

                  oui on va dans paramètre désactivé mais je ne l'ai pas fait le coup d'avant ! cette fois ça devrais être bon le seul hic c que une fois tout désactivé je vais dans sécurité et la je vois qu'avast est toujours activé alors que l'icône et les 8 agent sont éteint.

                c fait aucune infection mais j'ai vraiment un problème même quand j'écris le lettres figes 5 secondes de temps en temps Mozilla affiche ne répond pas pages noir etc.. mes fenêtres dans explorer mettent trop de temps a s'afficher ne serais ce pas la fin de mon disque dur?

                    ▶ Enregistre le sur ton Bureau.

                    Une fois le téléchargement achevé,

                    ▶ lance ZHPDiag.exe et clique sur Unzip dans la fenêtre qui s'ouvre.

                    ▶ Clique sur le tournevis puis sur Tous pour cocher toutes les cases des options.

                    ▶ Clique sur la loupe pour lancer l'analyse.

                    A la fin de l'analyse,

                    ▶ clique sur l'appareil photo et enregistre le rapport sur ton Bureau.

                        ▶ Déconnecte toi et ferme toutes applications en cours !

                        si tu as XP => double clique
                        si tu as Vista ou windows 7 => clic droit "executer en tant que...."

                        ▶ sur "Ad-R.exe" pour lancer l'installation et laisse les paramètres d'installation par défaut .

                        ▶ clique le raccourci Ad-remover qui est sur ton bureau pour lancer l'outil .

                        ▶ Au menu principal choisis "option Nettoyer" et tape sur [entrée] .

                        ▶ Laisse travailler l'outil et ne touche à rien ...

                        ▶ Poste le rapport qui apparait à la fin , sur le forum ...

                        ( Le rapport est sauvegardé aussi sous C:\Ad-report.log )
