Cheval de Troie

Petite fenêtre en bas à droite d'un windows simulé qui m'invite à rejoindre une page web pour assurer la protection de mon ordi, beug à l'ouverture de VLC, d'internet, mais rien de bien méchant, je crois avoir trouvé les lignes, c'est O10 (les deux) mais je me demande s'il n'y en a pas d'autre que je ne vois pas, je n'ai pas pu les fixer j'ai donc utilisé lspfix.

PS: d'après vous, que signifie les chemin d'accès type : PROGRA~ et tout particulièrement, que veut dire le petit signe à la fin, les lignes qui en ont un (~) me semble suspects. O8/ les 3 premiers O9 et O23?

Hello tout le monde, des nouvelles, après redémarage pour execution de l'outil de suppression d'AVG, l'ordi ne voulait plus s'allumer dans aucun mode (MSE, MSE+réseau, Dernière bonne config connue) car un service (winlogon) s'arrêtait intempestivement. J'ai donc réparé la partition windows, je suis entrain de refaire un scan mais quelques beugs persistent: double-click sur internet explorer crée un raccourcis et n'ouvre pas le programme par exemple (là j'utilise safari qui fonctionne).

Quelqu'un d'experimenté peut-il m'aider please...j'ai bien peur que d'autres prog ne fonctionnent plus come ceux que j'utilise pour bosser par exemple...

Je suis entrain de remettre à jour windows (la réparation à enlevé les mise à jour) et le début du scan AVG a été interrompu par ceci, par quoi commencé? (avg avait déjà trouvé des cookies et rootkit suspect...)

Où voulez vous que l'on reprenne? Depuis le dernie message, j'ai mis à jour windows, et relancé un scan AVG, il trouve des cookies suspect et surtout C:\WINDOWS\Sytstem32\09hsv9pswdfl.exe > Cheval de Troie : Generic14.BAVG > AVG l'a placé en quarantaine mais est-ce suffisant?
Je pense que c'est la source...?

donc , pour moi tu remets le pc comme il était avant que Judy106 de fasse faire n'importe quoi avec une restauration système et puis tu poste un RSIT et on voit après , merci

1) fais une restauration système

cliques sur démarrer
cliques sur tous les programmes
cliques sur accessoires
cliques sur outils système
cliques sur restauration du système
sur la fenêtre qui s'ouvre cocher restaurer mon ordinateur à une heure antérieur
cliques sur suivant
cliques sur une date ou heure en gras sur le calendrier
tu choisis une date ou heure : avant les problèmes : le samedi 19 septembre 2009 à 23:10:14
cliques dessus
cliques sur suivant et sur la fenêtre qui s'ouvre vérifis en haut sur gauche si la date et l'heure corresponde à ce que tu as choisi
cliques sur suivant attends le redémarrage une fois redémarré sur la fenêtre de restauration te disant que votre ordinateur a ètè restauré a date, heure, et nom
cliques sur OK
tu vérifis si ça marche, et pense à faire une mise à jour de tes outils de sécurités

2) postes les rapports de rsit le log.txt et info.txt

• Télécharge Random's System Information Tool (RSIT) de Random/Random, et enregistre le sur ton Bureau.
• Double clique sur RSIT.exe pour lancer l'outil.
• Clique sur "Continue" à l'écran Disclaimer.
• Si l'outil HijackThis n'est pas présent ou non détecté sur l'ordinateur, RSIT le téléchargera (autorise l'accès dans ton pare-feu s'il te le demande) et tu devras accepter la licence.
• Une fois le scan terminé, deux rapports vont apparaître : poste les dans deux messages séparés stp

sinon en attentant rt au vu du rapport log.tx de RSIT car il manque info.txt que tu trouveras ici : C:\rsit\info.txt

• Double clic sur le raccourci UsbFix présent sur ton bureau .

• Choisis l'option 1 ( Recherche )

• Laisse travailler l'outil.

• Ensuite post le rapport UsbFix.txt qui apparaitra.

• Note : Le rapport UsbFix.txt est sauvegardé a la racine du disque. ( C:\UsbFix.txt )

• Note : "Process.exe", une composante de l'outil, est détecté par certains antivirus (AntiVir, Dr.Web, Kaspersky Anti-Virus) comme étant un RiskTool.
Il ne s'agit pas d'un virus, mais d'un utilitaire destiné à mettre fin à des processus.
Mis entre de mauvaises mains, cet utilitaire pourrait arrêter des logiciels de sécurité (Antivirus, Firewall...) d'où l'alerte émise par ces antivirus.

un MBAM, qui m'a supprimé 11 objet au redémarrage,

ok tu désinstalleras ton hijackthis car il est pas installé dans son dossier prédestiné , et tu le réinstalleras comme expliqué, car si nous fixons des lignes et qu'il n'est pas dans le bon dossier nous n'avons aucune certitude que les sauvegardes se feront et si problème pas de retour en arrière , désolé si je suis chiant mais les personnes qui nous mette ces outils à disposition gratuitement les ont conçu pour fonctionner dans un environnement et si celui change le résultat peut se trouver changé !!

bon tu désinstalle ton hijackthis et tu le réinstales depuis ce lien ettu postes un nouveau rapport , merci !!

.Tu fermes tout les programmes ouverts y compris le navigateur. sauf ton anti-virus et pare-feux
.installes le , il va s'installer par défaut dans C:\Program Files\Trend Micro\HijackThis
.Cliques sur "Do a system scan and save the logfile"
.Cela va t'ouvrir un bloc note à la fin du scan.
.Copie son contenu et poste le dans ton prochain message. sinon le rapport est dans C:\Program Files\Trend Micro\HijackThis\ hijackthis "document texte"

Bonjour à tout le monde, j'ai un petit cheval de troie pas bien méchant mais un peu collant, je ne peux m'en débarasser!! 

tu le trouves où car la rien de visible ,, pour moi ton pc est clean sauf si tu me dis le contraire , pour finaliser le netytoyage tu vides la quarantaine de malwarebytes, et tu passes toolscleaner et ccleaner

1) ouvres malwarebytes et vides sa quarantaine

2) pour toolscleaner

Télécharge toolscleaner sur ton Bureau : http://bibou0007.com/outils-specifiques-f78/tutorial-toolscleaner-2-t375.htm

si le lien ne marche pas essais avec celui ci https://www.commentcamarche.net/telecharger/securite/22061-toolscleaner/

. Double-cliques sur ToolsCleaner2.bat et laisse le travailler
. Cliques sur Recherche et laisse le scan se terminer.
. Cliques sur Suppression pour finaliser.
. Tu peux, si tu le souhaites, te servir des Options facultatives.
. Clique sur Quitter, pour que le rapport puisse se créer.
. Le rapport (TCleaner.txt) se trouve à la racine de votre disque dur (C:\)...colle le dans ta réponse

3) passes ccleaner avec les réglages donnés

télécharges Ccleaner à partir de cette adresses

.enregistres le sur le bureau
.double-cliques sur le fichier pour lancer l'installation
.sur la fenêtre de l'installation langage bien choisir français et OK
.cliques sur suivant
.lis la licence et j'accepte

.la tu ne gardes de coché que mettre un raccourci sur le bureau et puis contrôler automatiquement les mises à jour de Ccleaner
.cliques sur intaller
.cliques sur fermer
.double-cliques sur l'icône de Ccleaner pour l'ouvrir
.une fois ouvert tu cliques sur option et puis avancé
.tu décoches effacer uniquement les fichiers, du dossier temp de windows plus vieux que 48 heures
.cliques sur nettoyeur
.cliques sur windows et dans la colonne avancé
.cochesla première case vieilles données du perfetch que celle-la ce qui te donnes la case vielles données du perfetch et la case avancé qui c'est coché automatiquement mais que celle-la
.cliques sur analyse une fois l'analyse terminé
.cliques sur lancer le nettoyage et sur la demande de confirmation OK il vas falloir que tu le refasses une autre fois une fois fini vériffis en appuiant de nouveau sur analyse pour être sur qu'il n'y est plus rien
.cliques maintenant sur registre et puis sur rechercher les erreurs
.laisses tout cochées et cliques sur réparrer les erreurs sélectionnées
.il te demande de sauvegarder OUI
.tu lui donnes un nom pour pouvoir la retrouver et enregistre
.cliques sur corriger toutes les erreurs sélectionnées et sur la demande de confirmation OK
.il supprime et fermer tu vériffis en relancant rechercher les erreurs
.tu retournes dans option et tu recoches la case effacer uniquement les fichiers, du dossier temp de windows plus vieux que 48 heures et sur nettoyeur, windows sous avancé tu décoches la première case vieilles données du perfetch
.tu peux fermer Ccleaner

4) pense à mettre IE à jour avec IE8

Je pense que nous avons eu raison de ce malfrat!!!

J'ai tout fait mais ne trouve pas le rapport de toolscleaner (il a bien effacé hijack) et quand je recommence il me dit: (dsl j'aurais du faire un copié collé du premier qui ne figure pas dans a racine)

PS: J'ai un peu peur de passer à IE8, j'ai eu beucoup de problème avec la version béta qui fesait planté mon logiciel de travail (protools), celui-ci ne trouvait plus quicktime, et j'ai dû, après plusieur manip, repassé en IE7, ce qui a fait remarché ProTools, que me conseillez vous donc?

Je désinstalle usbfix par l'utilitaire de windows?
