Point restauration système / lecteurd disparu

Bonjour,
mes points de restauration système ont subitement disparu ainsi que toute mes choses sur mon lecteur d. Tout à commencer lorsque j'esseyais d'aller jouer à un jeu ou que je cliquais sur les restauration système mon éran se fermait et des lignes horizontale noir et blanche apparaissait puis ensuite tout buggait je devais redemarrer . Merci de m'aider c'est urgent .

    lance ccleaner nettoyeur et supprime ce qu'il trouve
    je ne vois rien d'inefctieux
    je pense que c'est plus un problème pour le forum windows
    désolé de ne pouvoir t'aider plus

          2/télécharge AVG Antispyware
          https://www.avg.com/en-ww/free-antivirus-download

          mode d'utilisation :
          Lance AVG Anti-Spyware, mets le à jour,
          Clique sur le bouton « Analyse » onglet « paramètres »
          Puis « Comment réagir », clique sur Actions recommandées. Sélectionne Quarantaine.

          3/ Télécharge : - CCleaner
          https://www.pcastuces.com/logitheque/ccleaner.htm
          ("Download Latest Version", sur la droite).
          Ce logiciel va permettre de supprimer tous les fichiers temporaires. Avant de cliquer sur le bouton "installer", décoche toutes les "options supplémentaires". Ensuite, Clique sur "Options", "Avancé" et décoche la case "Effacer uniquement les fichiers, du dossier Temp de Windows, plus vieux que 48 heures". Par la suite, laisse-le avec ses réglages par défaut. C'est tout.

          4/ lance ccleaner , nettoyeur, et supprime tout ce qu'il trouve
          lance ccleaner, erreurs, et répare ce qu’il trouve. Accepte les sauvegardes !

          5/ lance avg antispyware
          Retour à l'onglet Analyse.
          Clique sur Analyse complète du système.
          A la fin du scan, choisis " Appliquer toutes les actions "
          Clique sur "Enregistrer le rapport". Le fichier texte se trouve dans le dossier Rapports du dossier d'AVG Anti-Spyware

              Si tu as cet anti virus voila peu etre le probleme

              '' 8 - Disparition mystérieuse des points de restauration :

              Kaspersky Anti-Virus scanne les points de restauration et supprime l'intégralité du point de restauration si un virus y a été trouvé. Ceci afin d'éviter préventivement que le virus ne devienne actif en cas d'utilisation de ce point de restauration contaminé.

              Vous pouvez choisir d'exclure les points de restauration des répertoires à surveiller. Mais à vos risques et périls !
