Je suis sous windows7 Mozilla Firefox 22.0 et Internet Explorer 10

Bonjour,

Je n'arrive plus à ouvrir de page sous Internet Explorer 10 et Firefox 22.0 car un message s'affiche :

"La connexion a été refusée par le serveur proxy.
* Vérifiez que les paramètres du proxy fonctionnent .
* Contactez votre administrateur réseau pour vous assurer que le serveur proxy
fonctionne."

Internet Explorer:
Je vais dans Outils Options Internet Connexions Paramètres réseau je décoche tout , je redémarre mon PC et tout fonctionne.

De même pour
Firefox :
Je vais dans outils options réseau paramètres et je coche bien pas de Proxy . je redémarre mon PC et tout va bien ça fonctionne .

Seulement quand je redémarre le lendemain et tous les jours , c'est la même chose la coche de pas de Proxy a changé de place et je suis obligé de refaire la même manoeuvre.

Je vous remercie de bien vouloir m'aider à éradiquer ce problème avec mes remerciements.

    Ayant le même problème, je suis allée dans le panneau de Configuration Options Internet>Outils Options Internet Connexions Paramètres réseau ; j'ai décoché toutes les cases et l'accès Internet est revenu; mais le problème revenait tout le temps, car impossible d'enregistrer le réglage avec le bouton "Appliquer" qui reste toujours inaccessible (grisé). J'ai enfin compris comment l'activer. Il faut cliquer sur le bouton: CONFIGURER en haut de l'onglet connexion : une fenêtre s'ouvre, ne rien changer, la refermer. Et miracle, le bouton APPLIQUER EST DEVENU FONCTIONNEL. reste à cliquer dessus + OK.
    Chez moi tout est bien maintenant.

      J'ai lu mais en vitesse , excuses moi mais j'ai à force mal au crane et je suis pas tout jeune lol , merci encore de ta sympathie. Si tout le monde pouvait être comme toi , je fais toujours depuis longtemps de la Pub pour ce site .

        Si tu n'as pas lu ce que je t'ai dis avec la purge outil d'OTL c'est pas grave, fais plutôt comme ça:

        Tu le télécharges puis tu le lances, puis tu laisses coché la case Supprimer les outils de désinfection puis tu cliques sur Exécuter

        Puis si encore présente, tu supprimes l'icône de Delfix ;)

          Relance OTL et clique sur Purge outils, puis je te donne un peu de lecture importante ;)

          Bien se protéger:

          Avec Firefox:
          Adblock plus
          WOT

          Avec Google Chrome:

          Sécuriser votre navigateur Internet Explorer

          Si tu installes des logiciels, penses à décocher les cases qui te proposent des logiciels additifs ou toolbars (barre d'outils).

          Ne pas télécharger sur les sites 01.net et softonic

          Les toolbars, c'est pas obligatoire (par Malekal)

          PUP / Logiciels potentiellement indésirables (par Malekal)

          Prévention, virus & arnaques et dangers d'Internet (par Malekal)

          Télécharger depuis 01net nuit gravement à la santé des PC

            pour être certain, regardes dans tes programmes si tu n'as pas un programme nommé Notation, si oui ben tu le vires ^^

              C'est parfait tu me sors une épine du pieds depuis le temps que j'étais embêté, je te remercie infiniment de ta patience et ton amabilité.

              Merci pour la suite j 'ai en plus depuis quelques jours un petit truc qui m'agace, c'est certainement une mise à jour qui m'a occasionné ça .
              Au démarrage je ne suis plus sur la page avec mon fond d'écran, mais mon nom dans une case et je suis obligé de cliquer dessus pour démarrer l'ordinateur, mais je suis seul à m'en servir.
