[Windows 7] Code d'erreur 80072EFE Résolu

Question

Bonjour à tous,

J'ai un problème avec Windows Update.
Depuis quelques jours, je n'arrive pas à télécharger les mises à jours windows
Il me dit "Erreurs détectées : Code 80072EFE, Windows Update a rencontré une erreur inconnue"
J'ai fais des recherches sur internet pour trouver des solutions mais je n'en ai pas trouvé.
Du moins, celles que j'ai trouvé s'appliquaient pour Vista.

J'ai essayé cette solution :
Aller dans services.msc, trouver "Services de cryptographie" et l'arrêter
Aller ensuite dans C > Windows > System 32 > Catroot2
Et supprimer ce dossier "Catroot 2" puis redémarrer le "Services de cryptographie".
Je n'ai pas trouvé "Services de cryptographies" donc j'ai abandonné cette solution...

J'ai trouvé une autre solution : c'était d'installer "TrustedInstaller.exe" (que j'ai déjà apparemment)
Je suis allée dans services.msc et j'ai cherché "Programmes d'installation pour les modules Windows"
J'ai vu qu'il n'était pas démarré, alors je me suis dit "peut-être que c'est ça qui bloque tout !"
Donc je l'ai démarré. J'ai recherché des mises à jours et l'erreur 80072EFE était toujours là.

J'ai fais des scans, il y avait deux chevaux de Troie que j'ai supprimé.
J'ai fais un nettoyage avec CCleaner au cas où, toujours rien, l'erreur est là.

Je ne sais plus trop quoi faire à présent...
Si vous avez des idées, je prends !

Salut,

Apparemment ça peux être le malware TDSS qui provoque ça aussi.
Quels étaient les trojans détectés ?

Lorsque tu fais des recherches sur Google, tu attéris bien sur les bon sites ?

bheu !! je parle à l'endroit moi, c'est toi qui comprends à l'envers :p 


Essaye ça pour voir :  

Désactive les logiciels de protection (Antivirus, Antispywares) puis :         

Télécharge Combofix sUBs : http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/sUBs/ComboFix.exe et sauvegarde le sur ton bureau et pas ailleurs!         

Double-clic sur combofix, accepte la licence d'utilisation et laisse toi guider.         

Eventuellement, installe la console de récupération comme cela est conseillé         

Attends que combofix ait terminé, un rapport sera créé. Poste le rapport.  
Si le rapport ne passe pas, envoie le sur ce site : http://www.cijoint.fr/  
et donne le lien ici :)

PS : si Combofix ne se lance pas, renomme le fichier Combofix et retente.         

Si pas mieux, tente en mode sans échec sans prise en charge du réseau : Redémarre en mode sans échec, pour cela, redémarre l'ordinateur, avant le logo Windows, tapote sur la touche F8, un menu va apparaître, choisis Mode sans échec et appuye sur la touche entrée du clavier.

cool encore une victoire de super canard!

Askbar (mm tous les barres d'outils), c'est caca, tu devrais la désinstaller.

Sinon ça semble OK.

Maintiens tes logiciel à jour c'est important, utilise ce programme : /faq/13362-mettre-a-jour-son-pc-contre-les-failles-de-securite    
Absolument à faire.    


Pour désinstaller Combofix :
- Menu Démarrer / exécuter et tape : Combofix /uninstall puis OK (attention il y a pas d'espace entre le / et le uninstall) 

Un peu de lecture pour éviter les infections :
