Outlook email download issues

Hello,

It has been a month since I've had the same problem and after searching every day, I'm finally asking the question :-(

I have Outlook 2007. It is configured to receive emails as headers and then I decide which email should be downloaded from the server (it's very convenient, it avoids viruses)

Suddenly, it has become impossible for me to download the emails. Let me explain: when I receive the emails as headers, I decide to download them, Outlook does that and then when I click on the email nothing appears, so I double click and I get this message:

" This item has not been retrieved from the server.
Would you like to:
- Cancel any mark on this header item
- Mark for download of this message
- Mark for download of this message and leave a copy on the server
- Mark for deletion of this message on the server "

Then if I decide to download it again, the same issue remains. However, I can restart Outlook and then the emails will display. Only the attachments are often lost.

I'm going crazy and I can't find a solution. Apparently, I'm the only user in this situation :-(

Please help me

Have a nice weekend and Merry Christmas
Configuration: Windows XP Firefox 3.0.4

Good evening!

There is a high chance that this message refers to the fact that your mail server is FULL, so you need to access it to free up some space. After performing this operation, go to the Outlook settings and uncheck the option in advanced (keep a copy on the server) so that it doesn't happen again!

Good luck!
