Hello,
For the past 3 weeks, my laptop keyboard has been acting up.
When I press the "a" key, it turns into "azeruio," or it opens the shortcut for the desktop and the application manager of the magnifying glass. I can no longer type the letter "q," and my "w" becomes "wxcv

I have run my various security software (AVG and Spybot), but nothing has been detected.
Desperate, I formatted my PC, but nothing changed.
What should I do? I have to submit an internship report next week, but under these conditions, it’s impossible.
I greatly appreciate anyone who looks into my problem, as I can’t stand the copy/paste anymore.
