Bonjour,


Tout d'abbord merci à tout ceux qui prendront le temps de me lire!

Voilà mon souci, hier j'aidais un ami qui était envahi de fenetre publicitaire de "antivirus 2009"!

En parcourant le site j'ai réussi je pense à eliminer ceci car aujourd'hui je n'ai plus ces fenetres mais en faissant un rapport hijack j'ai trouvé cette ligne et je ne sais ce que c'est je ne trouve rien sur google pour m'aider quelqu'un pourrait m'aider s'il vous plait

La ligne est :

Bonjour,

sur le fond de la question.

Les ? des 2 lignes correspondent à des caractères non imprimables sur ccm.

L'édition de la clé via regedit va faire apparaître des caractères "chinois".

Il y a au moins deux moyens de corriger ça.

Le premier est d'ouvrir le registre, de naviguer jusqu'à la clé run et de faire un clic droit sur les lignes concernées puis "Supprimer".

Le second est de faire exporter la clé run par regedit et, à partir de cette information, de supprimer la clé puis de la reconstituer sans les 2 lignes par un fichier .reg que l'on fusionnera avec le registre.

Comme toute intervention dans le registre, les 2 solutions présentes des risques. L'installation de la Console de récupération et une sauvegarde complète du registre par ERUNT sont des précautions quasi obligatoires.

Si ce qui est dit ici n'est pas clair, je vous conseille de vous faire aider par quelqu'un pour qui ça l'est afin de minimiser les risques.

J'ai tenté de supprimer de supprimer cette ligne avec hijack mais impossible, celle çi réapparait toujours, je vous joins le rapport hijack!

est détecté par certains antivirus (AntiVir, Dr.Web, Kaspersky Anti-Virus) comme étant un RiskTool. Il ne s'agit pas d'un virus, mais d'un utilitaire destiné à mettre fin à des processus. Mis entre de mauvaises mains, cet utilitaire pourrait arrêter des logiciels de sécurité (Antivirus, Firewall...) d'où l'alerte émise par ces antivirus.

Re

Supprime Ad-Aware il n'est plus efficace du tout

Nettoyage :
Démarre en mode sans échec : 
Pour cela, tu tapotes la touche F8 dès le début de l’allumage du pc sans t’arrêter. 
Une fenêtre va s’ouvrir tu te déplaces avec les flèches du clavier sur démarrer en mode sans échec puis tape entrée. 
Une fois sur le bureau s’il n’y a pas toutes les couleurs et autres c’est normal ! 
(Si F8 ne marche pas utilise la touche F5).

Relance le programme Smitfraud, 
Cette fois choisit l’option 2, répond oui a tous ; 
Sauvegarde le rapport, Redémarre en mode normal, copie/colle le rapport sauvegardé sur le forum

process.exe
est détecté par certains antivirus (AntiVir, Dr.Web, Kaspersky Anti-Virus) comme étant un RiskTool. Il ne s'agit pas d'un virus, mais d'un utilitaire destiné à mettre fin à des processus. Mis entre de mauvaises mains, cet utilitaire pourrait arrêter des logiciels de sécurité (Antivirus, Firewall...) d'où l'alerte émise par ces antivirus.

et le dernier rapport hijackthis que je viens de faire, ou le 04 - HKCH...... apparait toujours, j'ai tenté de le supprimer il revient toujours, j'ai aussi essayé de le supprimer en mode sans echec mais rien à faire en désactivant le compte d'utilisateur comme il était demandé sur le forum pour les utilisateurs de vista, mais cette ligne 04.... réapparait toujours.

Coucou,
en accord avec Marie je vais te demander ceci stp pour avoir plus d'infos sur ton système :

> Télécharge random's system information tool (RSIT) : http://images.malwareremoval.com/random/RSIT.exe
- Enregistre le programme sur ton bureau. 
- Double clique sur RSIT.exe 
- A l'écran "Disclaimer" choisis "1 months" dans le menu déroulant puis clique sur <continue>.
- Si HiJackThis n'est pas détecté sur ton PC, RSIT le téléchargera ; accepte alors la licence.
- Une fois le scanne terminé tu obtiendras un rapport log.txt. Poste le sur le forum.
NB : Il se peut que tu obtiennes un second rapport nommé info.txt. Dans ce cas poste le aussi.

Pour tous les lecteurs :

-- Ce logiciel n'est à utiliser que prescrit par un helper qualifié et formé à l'outil.
-- Ne pas utiliser en dehors de ce cas de figure : dangereux!

Lors de son exécution, ComboFix va vérifier si la Console de récupération Microsoft Windows est installée. 
Avec des infections comme celles d'aujourd'hui, il est fortement conseillé de l'avoir pré-installée sur votre PC avant toute suppression de nuisibles. 
Elle vous permettra de démarrer dans un mode spécial, de récupération (réparation), qui nous permet de vous aider plus facilement si jamais votre ordinateur rencontre un problème après une tentative de nettoyage.

Suivez les invites pour permettre à ComboFix de télécharger et installer la Console de récupération Microsoft Windows, et lorsque cela vous est demandé, acceptez le Contrat de Licence Utilisateur Final pour installer la Console de récupération Microsoft Windows.

Et important, enregistre le sur le bureau. 

Avant d'utiliser ComboFix : 

&#9658; Déconnecte toi d'internet et referme les fenêtres de tous les programmes en cours. 

&#9658; Désactive provisoirement et seulement le temps de l'utilisation de ComboFix, la protection en temps réel de ton Antivirus et de tes Antispywares, qui peuvent gêner fortement la procédure de recherche et de nettoyage de l'outil. 


Une fois fait, sur ton bureau double-clic sur Combofix.exe. 

- Répond oui au message d'avertissement, pour que le programme commence à procéder à l'analyse du pc. 

/!\ Pendant la durée de cette étape, ne te sert pas du pc et n'ouvre aucun programmes. 

- En fin de scan il est possible que ComboFix ait besoin de redémarrer le pc pour finaliser la désinfection\recherche, laisses-le faire. 

- Un rapport s'ouvrira ensuite dans le bloc notes, ce fichier rapport Combofix.txt, est automatiquement sauvegardé et rangé à C:\Combofix.txt) 

&#9658; Réactive la protection en temps réel de ton Antivirus et de tes Antispywares, avant de te reconnecter à internet. 

&#9658; Reviens sur le forum, et copie et colle la totalité du contenu de C:\Combofix.txt dans ton prochain message.

Bonjour TLM,

Puce25 je suis désolé de te voir réagir aussi. Pourtant tu sembles comprendre le bénévolat des CCMistes mais pas en tenir compte.

Nous avons tous des occupations en dehors de CCM et les réponses ne peuvent pas surgir par simple double-clic. Si tu n'as pas eut de réponse dans les 24H cela ne signifie pas pour autant que nous t'avons oublié. Tu es juste trop impatiente à mes yeux. Ceci n'est pas un reproche, juste une remarque. Je comprends parfaitement que d'avoir un PC qui bug n'est pas amusant. Si tu es si pressée alors amène le chez un informaticien. La plus part du temps il te fait un formatage et une réinstalle pour 50€. Et cela prends juste 1 ou 2 jours .


C'est à cause de ce genre de comportement que je vais créer une astuce de mise en garde. Je te le répète : ceci n'est pas un reproche, juste une remarque. La plus part du temps les internautes ne se rendent pas comptent que nous ne pouvont pas répondre de suite. Ne serait-ce par ce que de temps en temps nous dormons, mangeons, voyons la famille le dimanche ou encore...que sais-je. Ce comportement est complètement humain et, je pense, pas condamnable. Il m'apparait simplement comme regrettable.


Pour ta désinscription tu es la seule à pouvoir le faire. Mais ce serait dommage sur un coup de tête ou une déception d'en arriver là. Et je sais de quoi je parle.

Je me permet d'intervenir sur ce topic pour dire que je suis d'accord avec marie etDIID surtout qu'ils sont très compétent et meme si dé-fois ces longs a avoir des réponse faut ce dire qu'ils aident aussi d'autres personnes et ont vit a coté qu'ils n'ont pas forcément le temps de répondre immédiatement ,et nous meme somme parfois longs  a répondre.

J'arrive ici attiré par le sujet du topic "qu'est ce que O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [?????????] ??????????????e"

J'étais tombé sur un sujet comme celui-ci en juillet dernier, et j'avais consulté Chiquitine qui m'avait dit que c'était une infection MSN, et qu'on pouvait la supprimer avec MSNFix ou un CFScript en cas d'échec ;)  Je n'ai malheureusement pas pu tester pour MSNFix, la personne que j'aidais à l'époque n'est jamais revenue (encore quelqu'un de trop pressé sans doute...)

Voila pour l'info, si ça peut servir aux autres helpeurs, ou à "madame-je-veux-une-réponse-dans-les-24h" qui a ouvert ce topic...

1 - Je confirme, cette ligne n'a strictement rien à voir avec une infection MSN

2 - très probablement légitime semble t'il

3 - petite remarque : il est tellement facile avec un minimum de vocabulaire et d'explication même hasardeuse de passer pour compétent face à une personne qui n'a pas les éléments pour faire une réelle comparaison.
