Antivir me signale 3 warnings....

Bonjour, merci de prendre un peu temps pour essayer de m'aider, j'ai fait une analyse avec antivir, et luke filewalker me signale 3 warnings. J'ai bien tenté de lire le rapport mais je n'y capte rien...... Désolé!
Mon ordi est-il dangereusement infecté, peut-il très bien vivre comme cela????
