Hello,
I am explaining my problem hoping that a kind soul (and more skilled than me!) can help me. This morning, the keyboard of my laptop (Fujitsu Siemens Amilo) stopped working, but the mouse is working fine. I had to connect a USB keyboard. I would like to know how to solve this problem, I don't know what to do.
Thank you in advance for your help

AND NO, I FOUND THE SOLUTION...
So your keyboard was locked due to the key located below "ENTER" (the arrow pointing up)
by holding it down for about 10 seconds, your keyboard locks.
To unlock the keyboard, simple solution...
Go to start ==> control panel ==> accessibility options ==> uncheck "use filter keys".
Click OK and HOP everything works again.
If you encounter any key problems, press the lock key twice.
There you go

Merci.
