Violation hotmail et virus trojan!!!!

Bonjour,
a tous!! Je me suis rendu compte par hazard en scannant mon pc qu'on m'a ''viole'' mon compte hotmail et en plus j'ai des virus Trojan, j'ai vu tout cela dans le rapport mais je comprend rien d'autre!!!!!.Je sais pas comment faire,mais j'ai dja changee mon mot de passe sur hotmail pour commence.Que dois-je faire pour les virus Trojan, et dois-je desactiver mon comte hotmail et en fair un nouveau???? AIDEZ MOI S'IL VOUS PLAIT!!!!!!! Merci,Maria.
