re by typing explode diagram epson ecc... you should find your printer model
I didn't find it but I didn't search thoroughly
you should know: in research like that, I've come across trojans and viruses a lot
I have a good antivirus (AVG) that almost always tells me if I should be worried
at the moment I don't know what to reply to you
best regards

Good evening Geo 39,
As Sussi mentioned, the SCC software should allow you to reset the counter on your printer; after checking, your printer is indeed part of the SCC software list; so it's surprising that you can't install it.
Maybe try this link; you have explanations regarding its usage:

As for the exploded view, here it is:

Good luck!
Jann

A big thank you to Jann for the link; thanks to you, I was able to restart my RX500 which was stuck because of the sponges. Thank you.
Good evening, error 91 refers to the used ink reservoir being full, it needs to be reset and the sponges at the bottom of the printer should be drained (if you find the reset code, cleaning is not mandatory, they leave a margin of error). This means that the cushions (sponges) are half full, but to prevent the office from getting dirty, the printer goes into standby mode.

Good evening, we need to be able to dismantle it a little
I read that some printers have a battery (button cell) like on a motherboard and that removing it for a while
could reset the device
Sorry for my French, it is not my native language
I will do more research
and I will keep you updated
Best regards
Sussi

Sussi, thanks for the tip, I'll try to find that tablet to reset it. I'll try to disassemble the printer a bit to search. I think Epson should talk about all this in the manual. I called Epson, and they told me the machine needs to be sent back to them!!! Estimated cost is around 100 euros, it's crazy because the machine is only 2 years old and I paid 125 euros!!!
I'll keep you updated.
I'll keep you updated.
impossible to enter the program
thank you for your help
