Epson xp 245 stuck, "error code 033001"

Question

Hello everyone,

Yesterday I started my printer after cleaning the print heads with a specific product. In my enthusiasm, I forgot to do a cleaning of the print heads beforehand and went straight to printing... the page got stuck during the printing process, the printer turned off immediately, and I pulled on the sheet to remove it.

Since then, the WIFI, Power, and the paper and ink indicator lights are flashing, and it's impossible to print; it always indicates that there is a paper jam.

I followed this tutorial (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MddmH1XtRHY) but apparently the bar mentioned was not displaced.... I also replaced a small tab that was preventing the cartridge carriage from moving, but I don't see anything else...

Well, this "Paper jam" code may not be true in your eyes... But it must be properly reported on the electronic board... In addition to the ink phenomenon...

Or maybe it's your magic liquid that has leaked onto the electronic circuits... triggering this info..??

It is also possible that a sheet got caught in the mechanical movements, particularly at the front, stuck between the casing and the print head (between the two)

It is also possible that the paper sensor at the output of the tray got bent during your extraction of the jammed sheet... as mentioned in your first POST...? Then, this sensor detects the jam permanently... or the paper feed cycle is not complete.

These machines shouldn't be restarted right away... if you used any products, you need to wait until the next day to give it time to work and for the products to dry...
What is this product...?

In the meantime, you need to unplug the printer from the wall socket...

There may be some product that has leaked onto the electronic circuits... The head must not be completely submerged, only a few millimeters, because there are electronic circuits inside.

Yes, so the downtime is very bad for these machines... you need to print a large color-rich image every week or two weeks...

-- Your product also needs to be introduced into the nozzles of the print head, where the ink cartridges snap in, using a syringe and possibly push-pull several times with the syringe... put some paper towels underneath...
And put two drops in the hole of each cartridge...
The printer can take about three days to unclog... you have to let it do its thing...

You can also use warm "glass cleaner" product...

Yes, I understand that it needs to be declared. I just tried again and it's still the same despite the resting time...

While disassembling the printer, I checked that there was no paper jam and that was not the case. I also checked the sensor and it was neither displaced nor bent.

The hypothesis of the unfinished paper feed cycle seems likely to me since when it got stuck, it was in the middle of a print.

Do you have any solutions to fix the problem?

When reconnecting it to the socket, there should be a test cycle that moves the print head from right to left and vice versa... and should reset everything, including finishing the current cycle...

You should not insist from the computer; everything should be done using the printer's buttons.

It should also be possible to manually turn the shaft with the cams that control the printer's cycle... or the motor... There are two motors involved... One moves the print head and the other advances the paper...
