[Livebox] Loss of credentials

Question

Good evening,
I just lost my credentials to configure the livebox. I would like to clarify that I am with Orange. After numerous searches, I only come across topics where the livebox does not save the credentials =/.
I’m posting my topic to ask you (if anyone has had such a problem before :o):
how do we recover our credentials for the modem knowing that I lost the sheet where they were indicated?

I have browsed through Orange's pages many times but I can't find anything at all. If it’s there, could you please indicate where it can be found?

You need to unplug the Livebox, plug it back in, and then wait for synchronization based on the LEDs and any sound effects. Click "Start," then "Run" to enter "cmd." A black window will appear for you to type "ipconfig." An IP address will show up; if not, the computer doesn't detect the Livebox due to a disconnected cable or another internal Ethernet connection issue. Finally, you need to open a window like Internet Explorer. In the address bar, enter: 192.168.1.1 and click on the only link that will open in this window. The password and username are the same: "admin." Then "modify" the internet connection. There is a free field for the "Internet connection settings" that were sent by mail during registration with "Orange." If you forgot, you'll need to call "3900."

By default:
username: admin
password: admin
But if you have changed the username and password and you don't remember them, then you need to reset the livebox and start over with the default settings:

Actually, we're looking for an FTI identifier as well as the password we have when purchasing the Livebox ^^' and not the one for the configurations (sorry for the mistake).

(sorry for my double post but I can't edit. Actually, I forgot to mention that my livebox was blinking constantly and quite slowly, which is cutting off my internet connection, and I read on one of the forums that it was an identification issue and that I needed to re-enter it, the problem is that I've lost my sheet)

You can also find it on the Orange website in your customer account. To log in, you need to enter the email address of the account owner and the password, and you will find a section for my identifiers.
You will be able to retrieve the identifier fti/xxx, but I'm not sure about the password.
PS: but you need to be connected to the Internet via Orange

You can retrieve the identifier fti/xxx, but I'm not sure about the password Here's what I said. Of course you can't recover your password that easily; that's not what I said anyway. Generally speaking, to retrieve a forgotten password, you just need to contact the ISP (Internet Service Provider) by email and that’s enough. You can speak to an advisor on the Orange chat and ask him for your identifier, and he will send it to you by mail.

Hi  Either you have the mail from Orange where they are mentioned, or you call 3900 to ask them again.
