    To destroy a rock block, you will need the HM Rock Smash. I can't remember how you can obtain it, but afterwards you can teach it to any Pokémon that is able to learn it, and thus you will be able to break all the rock blocks that block your way.

    1°) With a Pokémon that knows Rock Smash.
    2°) With any Pokémon, except Ghost-type Pokémon, to whom you can teach Rock Smash.

    In Pokémon, a Rock-type Pokémon or something similar can learn Strength and move a rock (for example: Golem, Geodude, or Onix...) If it's for a Pokémon that can learn Rock Smash, Geodude will do it. (I've been playing Pokémon since I was 7, so you can believe me and I'm 14 now. I hope this helps you.)
