Where to find caninos?

I was told that Caninos can be found on routes 228 and 227, but I don't have route 227 on my map. What should I do, please?

A remark. You would have this Caninos but in another version otherwise it falls through. However, I know how to get an Arcanine. In fact, when you've beaten the league, on Victory Road, there's a guy blocking the entrance to a cave, this cave leads to another. There’s a trainer in there who has an Arcanine and when you see it, you go to the GTS and then you request an Arcanine. There you go, it's that simple, you're welcome!!!
