Hello, I would like to know how to get past the Pokémon that are blocking my way to Celestia.

To get to Célestia, you need to go to Verchamps.
In front of the building where you can do the Great Marsh game, there is a guy from Team Galaxy. Talk to him and then follow him. At some point, there's the guy or the girl, the one you gave the package to that congratulated you, who will want to battle you. Once you've finished battling (you need to win), continue following the Team Galaxy guy, and every time he stops, talk to him. At some point, you will have to battle him. When you finish battling him (you also need to win), Cynthia, a girl, will come and give you secret potion. Then you need to see (if you've seen them) the PSYKOKWAK blocking the way. Press the A button and it will ask you if you want to give the secret potion; you need to say YES. Then Cynthia arrives and asks you to give an OLD TRINKET to her grandma who is in Célestia. All that's left is for you to have a good journey!!!
