Plantages fréquents et en cascades

Bonjour. Depuis quelques temps mon ordi plante trop. J'ai fait scandisk en minitieu, scan norton (mis a jour), défragmenter, scan avec ad-aware (mis a jour aussi). Voici ce qu'il se passe il plante souvent lors de la fermeture de fenètre I Explorer, j'ai remarquer que dès le démarrage en faisant ctrl alt suppr, il y a 2 fois Rundll32, losque je veut supprimer un fichier en shift+suppr il m'affiche un message d'exclamation intituler Contact view pro et disant "erreur d'éxécution 429 le composant ActiveX ne peut créer l'objet", et enfin losrque un programme plante, tous les autres suivent (Soudman, Explorer,...) voici ce que donne Hijackthis au cas ou :
