Problem with Optoma projector

Hello,
I've been having a problem with my Optoma HD800X projector for 3 months now.
It has 120 hours of projection and for the past 3 months, a multicolored spot 10 cm in diameter has appeared on the left side.
When the image is dark, it's fine, but as soon as the white or light colors come up, it's quite terrible.
I would like your opinion because I don't trust the Optoma customer service, which is asking me to send it back (it’s still under warranty, except for the lamp...) at my expense, and if it turns out to be the lamp that’s causing the issue, I’ll have to pay for it (which is ridiculous after barely 100 hours).
Has anyone had a similar experience?
Do you know the Optoma customer service in France?
Is it the lamp or something else in your opinion?
Do you know the average lifespan of the lamps for this model?
Where can I buy (lamps) cheaper?

For some time now, I have had spots appearing on my projector, and I'm wondering what these spots are; they are white and consist of small dots.
Could someone please tell me what it is????
