Hello,
I’m really frustrated with my Epson RX420 printer; the ink light stays on, and when I check the ink level, the yellow cartridge is completely empty, but in reality, it’s almost full. I've gone through two cartridges like this, even though there's still ink left. However, the red light remains on, and I can't print at all. I've absorbed the sponge, but it still doesn’t work. Please help me; it’s quite urgent... thank you.
