Bonjour,
j'ai moi aussi encore choppé un virus "Trojan-Spy.HTML.Bankfraud.dq" et j'ai vu que la désinfection était un peu compliquée, si quelqu'un pouvait me filer un coup de main, ça m'aiderai pas mal.

bon, personne ne veut m'aider, c'est sur ca fait trois fois que je choppe un virus à la con mais bon, j'ai lu quelques explications pour le supprimer et j'ai vu que j'etais mal protégé d'apres ce que certaines personnes ont conseillées à d'autres apres la désinfection, maintenant, toute les 5 minutes , j'ai un bandeau qui s'allume en me disant attention
trojan C:\Windows\system32\qrejitof.exe
si quelqu'un est disponible pour me donner des réponses , merci de me sortir de la galére -
slt . Télécharge malwarebyte's antimalware , scan avec et colle un rapport minutieux avec . Colle ensuite un rapport hijackthis

j'ai avira antivir couplé à avg antispyware avec protection en temps réel

analyse ce fichier sur virus total et colle le rapoprt: https://www.virustotal.com/gui/

colle un rapport avec antivir-
j'ai essayé de scanner le fichier C:\WINDOWS\system32\qrejitof.exe , et ça n'a pas marché, ensuite j'ai essayé de l'envoyer en fichier attaché par mail à Virus total et ça ne veut pas, ça dit que c'est un fichier à zéro octet donc il ne peut pas envoyer un fichier vide. Je fais un scan complet avec antivir et je te recontacte.

désactive ta restauration puis redémarre ton ordi puis réactive la:

télécharge OTMoveIt
http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/oldtimer/OTMoveIt2.exe (de Old_Timer) sur ton Bureau. Ou sur https://www.luanagames.com/index.fr.html
double-clique sur OTMoveIt.exe pour le lancer.
copie la liste qui se trouve en citation ci-dessous,
et colle-la dans le cadre de gauche de OTMoveIt :Paste List of Files/Folders to be moved.
Citation :

clique sur MoveIt! pour lancer la suppression.
le résultat apparaitra dans le cadre "Results".
clique sur Exit pour fermer.
poste le rapport situé dans C:\_OTMoveIt\MovedFiles.
