Hello,
I have a problem with my connection.
Before I turn on my modem, I check my network card (normally there is only one card), but on my PC, it shows 4 cards; one is normal and activated, while the others have yellow exclamation marks. Can you tell me what this exclamation mark means??? It’s the same thing if I turn on the modem.

    I did it, but the same message still appears. Here it is:

      Unplug your network card from the PC (you will no longer have Internet during this time) and see if it changes anything in the Device Manager.

    I had the same problem following a Bagle virus attack that was dealt with, but there were consequences.

    Hello,
    Uninstall all network cards, restart the "Plug'N'Play" search and your main card will reinstall.

    The exclamation point means there is a problem. Generally, it indicates a driver issue.
    In your case, your card has been duplicated multiple times, which should generate issues with your connection. Uninstall the 3 versions of your card that have an exclamation point by going through the hardware properties to uninstall them.
