Hello,
for a few days now I've had a problem when I try to rename a photo file or any other, the following message appears:
"if you change the file extension, the file might become unusable."
If I respond that I want to modify it, it indeed becomes unusable.
Moreover, yesterday I wanted to retrieve a photo that was sent to me on msn and I faced the same file extension problem, making it impossible to recover...
What is happening? And what should I do to fix it?
