Bonjour,

Comme un certain nombre d'entre nous, mon antivirus AVIRA Premium m'indique le Trojan "TR/crypt.Xpack.Gen". J'ai bien lu le forum et ai déjà travaillé la question : j'ai fais un scan complet puis j'ai passé HiJackthis, comme conseillé. Bien évidemment, ayant lu les nombreux avertissements au sujet de ComboFix, je me suis bien gardé de l'utiliser pour l'instant. Voici les résultats :

telecharge malwarbyte http://www.commentcamarche.net/telecharger/telecharger 34055379 malwarebyte s anti malware

a l'intallation verifie que mise a jour et lançer program et scan complet sont bien cocher

Une fois a jour, le programme va se lancer; click sur l´onglet parametre, et coche la case : "Arreter internet explorer pendant la suppression".

A la fin du scan clique sur Afficher les résultats

Suppression des éléments détectés >>>> clique sur Supprimer la sélection ou supprimer tout
S'il t'es demandé de redémarrer >>> clique sur "Yes"

Et tu poste le raport generer
et on attendant une reponse tu peut refaire un scan malwarbyte mais on mode sans echec car beaucoup plus efficace

1) Télécharge SDFix d' AndyManchesta

http://downloads.andymanchesta.com/RemovalTools/SDFix.exe sur ton Bureau.

Double clique sur SDFix.exe et choisis Install. L'outil sera extrait à la racine du lecteur système (généralement le C:\)
N y touche pas pour l instant.

2) Redémarre en mode sans échec

3) SDFix
* Ouvre le dossier SDFix qui vient d'être créé dans le répertoire C:\ et double clique sur RunThis.bat pour lancer le script.
* Appuie sur Y pour commencer le processus de nettoyage.
* Il va supprimer les services et les entrées du Registre de certains trojans trouvés puis te demandera d'appuyer sur une touche pour redémarrer.
* Appuie sur une touche pour redémarrer le PC.
* Ton système sera plus long pour redémarrer qu'à l'accoutumée car l'outil va continuer à s'exécuter et supprimer des fichiers.
* Après le chargement du Bureau, l'outil terminera son travail et affichera Finished.
* Appuie sur une touche pour finir l'exécution du script et charger les icônes de ton Bureau.
· Les icônes du Bureau affichées, le rapport SDFix s'ouvrira à l'écran et s'enregistrera aussi dans le dossier SDFix sous le nom Report.txt.

oui car il ne cherche pas les meme infection

c bizzard normallement le mode sans echec aurait du durer plus longtemp que le mode normal et c pas le cas et il a rechercher dans moin de dossier elle alors que c'est plus

En effet, pour le mode sans échec, j'ai enlevé mes disques de photos, vu que je n'ai jamais eu de problèmes de ce côté là.

Du reste, c'est tout de même la première fois depuis deux ou trois ans que j'attrape quelque chose, car je suis toujours à jour de mon Windows, et j'ai en série : l'anti-virus AVIRA, le pare-feu ZONE ALARM et en résident SpyBot. Sans oublier que je ne vais pas sur des sites "dangereux" genre russes et autres bizarres.

Et bien, merci pour tout. Qu'est-ce qu'on deviendrait sans des gens comme "bennur" ?

* Lance l'installation du programme en exécutant le fichier téléchargé.
* Double-clique maintenant sur le raccourci de Toolbar-S&D.
* Sélectionne la langue souhaitée en tapant la lettre de ton choix puis en validant avec la touche Entrée.
* Choisis maintenant l'option 1 (Recherche). Patiente jusqu'à la fin de la recherche.
* Poste le rapport généré. (C:\TB.txt)

* Relance Toolbar-S&D en double-cliquant sur son raccourci situé sur le Bureau. Tape sur "2" puis valide en appuyant sur "Entrée". Ne ferme pas la fenêtre lors de la suppression. Un rapport sera généré, sauvegarde-le.

ok ton rapport hijack et toolbar sont propre on va nettoyer les outil qui nous ont servit

Ferme toutes les applications en cours, puis télécharge ToolsCleaner2 sur ton Bureau.

puis Recherche
et sur Suppression
Note : ton bureau va disparaître, c'est normal. S'il n'apparaît pas à la fin du scan, fais la manip suivante :

CTRL+ALT+SUPP pour ouvrir le Gestionnaire des tâches.
Puis rends toi à l'onglet "Processus". Clique en haut à gauche sur Fichiers et choisis "Exécuter"

Tape explorer.exe et valide. Cela fera re-apparaître le Bureau

et tu poste le rapport generer apres supression

toi tes on anonyme tu ne peut pas c le probleme

il faut faire une alerte modo mais moi je le fait jamais

pour suprimer toolscleaner tu fait clic droit et tu suprime

malwarbyte tu peut le garder et scanner regulierment et ccleaner aussi

tu va telecharger Ccleaner http://www.commentcamarche.net/telecharger/telecharger 168 ccleaner (n'installe pas la barre d'outil Yahoo):

ouvre "Ccleaner" vas dans l'onglet "Option" puis "Avancé" puis décoches "Effacer uniquement les fichiers, du dossier temp de Windows, plus vieux que 48 heures."

. Puis vas dans l'onglet "Nettoyeur" fais "Analyse" puis "Lancer le nettoyage".
Puis vas dans l'onglet "Registre" puis fait "Chercher des erreurs" puis "Réparer les erreurs sélectionnée"
. Tu refais tous ca 4-5 fois (le nettoyage et le registre).

Puis reste dans "Ccleaner" puis va dans "Option" puis "Propriété" puis coches "Nettoyer automatiquement l'ordinateur au démarrage".

Pour finaliser : Oui, en effet, j'utilise CCleaner très régulièrement de manière à avoir un ordi le plus "propre" possible.

Merci donc pour tous ces conseils qui m'ont vraiment dépanné.

Un dernier point, j'ai du mal à comprendre le fonctionnement (informatique) du forum, puisque je me suis bien inscrit comme "stetinger", mais tu m'indiques que je suis un "anonyme" et cela se confirme par le fait que le forum ne veut pas me connecter en tant que "stetinger" avec - pourtant - le mot de passe que j'ai défini au départ, lors de mon inscription.

Comprenne qui pourra !

J'ai fait les modifs sur Java selon tes prescriptions.

A propos d'Ad-Aware, j'avais pourtant lu, jusqu'à présent, des commentaires assez satisfaits de ce logiciel. En tout état de cause, je l'ai viré.
