Bonjour,
j'ai une alerte avec le essage "you have a security problem" qui s'affiche toutes les 30 seconds.
Je n'y connait pas grand chose en informatique ms est-ce que quelqu'un aurait la gentillesse de m'aider.

salut, 

télécharges smitfraudfix de S!Ri, balltrap34 et moe31 

En image :

tu doubles cliques sur smitfraudfix.cmd et tu choisi l option 1
cela vas générer un rapport.

Copie/colle le rapport sur le forum stp.

Ok le mexicain ;)

La suite :

Redémarre le PC en mode sans échec : tu tapotes sur la touche F8 de ton clavier (ou F5 ) dès le démarrage et tu choisis le mode sans échec)

- Ouvre le dossier "SmitfraudFix" et double clique sur "Smitfraudfix.cmd", choisit l 'option 2 et tu réponds oui à tout.

Enregistre le rapport puis Copie/colle le rapport sur le forum stp.

J'ai oublié de te préciser que la fenetre d'alarme ne s'affichait plus . Peut etre est - ce la conséquence de ce que tu m'as demandé de faire. Si ce le cas merci a toi sinon j'attends tes instructions.

Télécharge combofix.exe (par sUBs) sur ton Bureau.

-> http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/sUBs/ComboFix.exe     

-> Double clique combofix.exe.
-> Tape sur la touche 1 (Yes) pour démarrer le scan.
-> Lorsque le scan sera complété, un rapport apparaîtra. Copie/colle ce rapport dans ta prochaine réponse. 

NOTE : Le rapport se trouve également ici : C:\Combofix.txt

Avant d'utiliser ComboFix :

-> Déconnecte toi d'internet et referme les fenêtres de tous les programmes en cours.

-> Désactive provisoirement et seulement le temps de l'utilisation de ComboFix, la protection en temps réel de ton Antivirus et de tes Antispywares, qui peuvent géner fortement la procédure de recherche et de nettoyage de l'outil.

Une fois fait, sur ton bureau double-clic sur Combofix.exe.

- Répond oui au message d'avertissement, pour que le programme commence à procéder à l'analyse du pc.

/!\ Pendant la durée de cette étape, ne te sert pas du pc et n'ouvre aucun programmes.

- En fin de scan il est possible que ComboFix ait besoin de redemarrer le pc pour finaliser la désinfection\recherche, laisses-le faire.

- Un rapport s'ouvrira ensuite dans le bloc notes, ce fichier rapport Combofix.txt, est automatiquement sauvegardé et rangé à C:\Combofix.txt)

-> Réactive la protection en temps réel de ton Antivirus et de tes Antispywares, avant de te reconnecter à internet.

-> Reviens sur le forum, et copie et colle la totalité du contenu de C:\Combofix.txt dans ton prochain message.

    * Ferme Internet Explorer puis Démarrer/Panneau de Configuration/Options Internet.
    * Choisis l'onglet Contenu puis onglet Certificats.
    * Si tu trouves les programmes suivants (en particulier dans "Editeurs approuvés" ), supprime-les : 

electronic-group
egroup
Montorgueil
VIP
Sunny Day Design Ltd 
OO Favorite

supprime manuellement :

C:\WINDOWS\system32\sav.cpl 

C:\Documents and Settings\packard bell\Application Data\Viewpoint < le dossier

pour le supprimer :

Affiche tous les fichiers et dossiers :
Pour cela :
Clique sur démarrer/panneau de configuration/option des dossiers/affichage

Cocher afficher les dossiers cacher

Décoche la case "Masquer les fichiers protégés du système d'exploitation (recommandé)"

Décocher masquer les extensions dont le type est connu

Puis fais «Ok» pour valider les changements.

Et appliquer ! 

puis par le panneau de configuration > ajoue et suppression de programme > viewpoint

puis dis moi ce que tu pense de :

bah attends lol

élécharges Ad-remover ( de Cyrildu17 / C_XX ) sur ton bureau ( et pas ailleurs!) :

! Déconnectes toi et fermes toutes applications en cours !

* Dézippe-le (= cliques droit -> ' extraire tout ' )
* ouvres le dossier "AD-R" , puis le dossier "AD-Remover" : double clique sur Ad-remover.bat pour lancer l'outil .
* Au menu principal choisi l'option "A" et laisses faire ...
--> Postes le rapport qui apparait à la fin .

( le rapport est sauvegardé aussi sous C:\Ad-report.log )

(CTRL+A Pour tout selectionner , CTRL+C pour copier et CTRL+V pour coller )

Note :

"Process.exe", une composante de l'outil, est détecté par certains antivirus (AntiVir, Dr.Web, Kaspersky Anti-Virus) comme étant un RiskTool.
Il ne s'agit pas d'un virus, mais d'un utilitaire destiné à mettre fin à des processus.
Mis entre de mauvaises mains, cet utilitaire pourrait arrêter des logiciels de sécurité (Antivirus, Firewall...) d'où l'alerte émise par ces antivirus.

Ouvre le Bloc-Notes puis colle le texte copié.
(Démarrer\Tous les programmes\Accessoires\Bloc notes.)
Sauvegarde ce fichier sous le nom de CFScript.txt.

Glisse maintenant le fichier CFScript.txt dans Combofix.exe comme ci-dessous :

Cela va relancer Combofix, 

Une fenêtre bleue va apparaître: au message qui apparaît ( Type 1 to continue, or 2 to abort) , tape 1 puis valide.

Patiente le temps du scan.Le bureau va disparaître à plusieurs reprises: c'est normal!

Ne touche à rien tant que le scan n'est pas terminé.

Après redémarrage, poste le contenu du rapport Combofix.txt accompagné d'un rapport Hijackthis.

S'il n'y a pas de rédémarrage, poste quand même les rapports.
