Problem with a Pioneer car radio (MUTE)

Hello. I have a problem with a Pioneer DEH-2000MP car radio. It was installed in a Renault 19 and from time to time it goes into "mute" mode. Why does this happen and how can I turn it off since I no longer have the manual? Thank you for your reply. Thank you

You have a yellow and black wire at the back that is exposed and must touch the casing of your device, which causes the mute to engage. Put a piece of electrical tape on it to isolate it or use a female terminal to insulate it all the way to the end.
