Volume issue

Hello,
My car radio has a problem with the volume that I cannot increase or decrease. But it works fine. What should I do?

Configuration: Windows XP / Chrome 23.0.1271.97

    The button doesn't seem to work anymore. We can turn it in both directions but with no effect. It's a button that you press to make the selection and turn for adjustment, right?

      I see, I see, recent purchase or not?? To make the warranty work otherwise if it’s out of warranty you should try to gently disassemble it so you don’t break anything, you should easily find the RT, technical manual of the device by searching well on Google, specify the brand and model. And once disassembled, apply some 3-in-1 contact oil, you need to buy it, it’s like WD-40 except it doesn’t unstick, it cleans electrical circuits and should probably solve your problem... otherwise change the button if you really care about this device :D Luwluw
