USB pionnier DEH-3900BT

Question

Hello,

My PIONEER DEH-3900BT car radio won't play the music from my SANDISK 16GB USB drive.... Yet the drive is formatted in FAT32 and my music is in MP3 format..

I can't solve the problem, can you help me please?

Just in case, try with another USB key.

@Sergio39, I thought about buying a new key, but I prefer to see if I can fix the problem first...

I forgot to mention that when I insert the key, there's a message that says FORMAT READ, and I waited a good minute for it to disappear, but nothing happens.

In your case.. I see that you are hesitant.. it's worth trying with another USB stick to identify the problem.
If you change the USB stick and it works, it indicates that it is YOUR USB stick that is at fault.
If, after changing the USB stick, the problem persists, it indicates that the issue lies with the car radio.
You must have a neighbor/family member who can lend you a USB stick.. just to give it a try.
