Cheval de troie trojan, rootkit, beagle

Bonjour à toute la communauté,

J'ai un gros souci qui me fait très peur pour mon PC.
Avast vient de m'alerter d'une infection par un cheval de troie des types : Trojan, Rootkit et Beagle.
J'aimerais pouvoir les supprimer totalement mais je ne sais pas comment faire...

J'ai voulu faire un scan avec MalwareBytes Anti-Malware mais mon ordinateur refuse de démarrer en mode sans échec... pourquoi?
De plus je note que depuis que j'ai ce virus, il n'est plus possible d'ouvrir Ccleaner.

Merci beaucoup à vous de m'aider, j'ai très peur et je ne suis pas assez doué en inforamatique pour m'en sortir seul!

J'ai déconnecté mon ordinateur d'internet, est-ce une bonne chose ? Je suivrai vos conseils avec mon autre ordinateur.

    Salut,

    Télécharge combofix : http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/sUBs/ComboFix.exe

    Avant de telecharger clic sur enregistrer renome le en killbagle et enregistre le sur le bureau

    -> Double clique sur killbagle.exe.
    -> Tape sur la touche 1 (Yes) pour démarrer le scan.
    -> Lorsque le scan sera complété, un rapport apparaîtra. Copie/colle ce rapport dans ta prochaine réponse.

    NOTE : Le rapport se trouve également ici : C:\Combofix.txt

    Avant d'utiliser ComboFix :

    -> Déconnecte toi d'internet et referme les fenêtres de tous les programmes en cours.

    Une fois fait, sur ton bureau double-clic sur killbagle.exe.

    - Répond oui au message d'avertissement, pour que le programme commence à procéder à l'analyse du pc.

    /!\ Pendant la durée de cette étape, ne te sert pas du pc et n'ouvre aucun programmes.

    - En fin de scan il est possible que ComboFix ait besoin de redemarrer le pc pour finaliser la désinfection\recherche, laisses-le faire.

    - Un rapport s'ouvrira ensuite dans le bloc notes, ce fichier rapport Combofix.txt, est automatiquement sauvegardé et rangé à C:\Combofix.txt)

    -> Reviens sur le forum, et copie et colle la totalité du contenu de C:\Combofix.txt dans ton prochain message.

          -> Fais un clic droit sur un des liens et choisi enregistrer la cible sous .... le bureau
          -> http://www.trendsecure.com/portal/en-US/_download/HJTInstall.exe

          -> Fais un double-clic sur HJTInstall.exe afin de lancer l'installation

              Et choisis " enregistrer la cible sous" afin de télécharger SafeBoot.reg sur ton Bureau.
              Doubles clique dessus et acceptes la fusion avec le registre.

                J'ai tenté de redémarrer mon PC en "mode sans échec" avant d'installer SafeBoot et ça marche! Alors est-ce nécessaire d'installer tout de même SafeBoot ?

                Sinon tu penses que maintenant mon PC est clean ? Il n'y a plus aucun cheval de troie des 3 types indiqués ?
                Si c'est le cas je suis épaté par ton talent de désinfecteur Chiquitine29 !

                A présent je dois lancer un scan Malwarebytes Anti-Malware oen mode sans échec ou c'est inutile (ça prend beaucoup beaucoup de temps!) ? Ou je peux à nouveau utiliser mon PC normalement ?

                Pour ce qui est d'Avast! effectivement cela fait réfléchir... Antivir est donc, si j'ai bien compris, de loin plus performant qu'Avast!. L'interface d'Antivir est-elle aussi simple et agréable que celle d'Avast ? Si c'est le cas je pense me convertir à Antivir et faire de la pub autour de moi si sa version gratuite est mieux que la version gratuite d'Avast!

                    J'installe en premier Antivir et ensuite je désinstalle Avast! ou bien je fais l'inverse ? A quel moment je rebranche ma connexion internet ? Avant ou après l'install d'Antivir ? Ce serait plus pratique si je pouvais télécharger tout direct depuis le PC concerné plutôt que de copier sur une clé USb... mais je ferai ce que tu me conseilles, je ne veux pas me refaire avoir par un virus!

                      Désactive et réactive ta restauration system :

                      (1) Désactiver la Restauration du système

                      cliques sur Démarrer
                      Cliques droit sur Poste de travail
                      cliques sur Propriétés
                      Cliques sur l'onglet Restauration du système
                      Coches Désactiver la Restauration du système sur tous les lecteurs
                      Cliques sur Appliquer, Lorsque le message de confirmation apparaît,
                      cliques sur Oui.
                      Cliques sur OK.

                      (2) Activer la Restauration du système

                      cliques sur Démarrer
                      Cliques droit sur Poste de travail
                      cliques sur Propriétés
                      Cliques sur l'onglet Restauration du système
                      Décoches Désactiver la Restauration du système sur tous les lecteurs
                      Cliques sur Appliquer, Lorsque le message de confirmation apparaît,
