Plantage IE7 avec RTL.FR

As-tu nettoyer le cache de ton navigateur ?
Si non, fais le avec CCleaner par exemple.

ccleaner est installé, quelle case faut-il cocher pour nettoyer le cache ?

C'est indiqué sur le lien ci-dessus, mais de mémoire tu coches toutes les cases hormis la dernière case Avancé.
Ferme Internet Explorer avant de le faire et vérifie que tu es bien la dernière version en date.

j'ai tout supprimé; le résultat est toujours le même !

que faire d'autre ?

Clic sur démarrer, panneau de configuration, connexion réseau et internet, options internet, dans l'onglet Avancé, clic sur le bouton Réinitialiser. (il y en a deux, je me souviens plus de l'autre) appuie sur les deux. Dès que c'est fait, sélectionne l'onglet Général, remets une page de démarrage normale puis clic sur Appliquer puis Ok.

Ferme Internet Explorer et réouvre-le. Si le problème persiste dis-le on envisagera une autre piste !

le problème subsiste ! j'ai même désinstallé IE7 et réinstallé. toujours pareil. C'est un truc de fou.
avez-vous d'autres idées ?

Télécharge HijackThis sur ton Bureau ou dans tes documents:
---> http://www.trendsecure.com/portal/en-US/_download/HiJackThis.exe

Fais un clic droit sur le programme, choisis "Renommer", donne lui un autre nom, exemple : blabla.exe
Ensuite, double-clic sur HijackThis puis en bas de la fenêtre clci sur "I accept"
Clic sur "do a system scan and save logfile"
Puis copie et colle le rapport ici

Si besoin d'aide pour HijackThis.

Clic sur "open uninstall manager"

Vas dans ajouter/supprimer des programmes et désinstalle :

* Ad-Aware (obsolète)
* Adobe Flash Player ActiveX
* Java(TM) 6 Update 3 (obsolète)
* Java(TM) 6 Update 5 (obsolète)
* Language pack for Ad-Aware SE (plus utile)

Dès que c'est désinstallé, utilise CCleaner option "Registre" puis connecte toi au site et dis-moi si ça plante encore.

Tu peux retélécharger Flash Player, ainsi que Ad-aware ici
