Here is the answer to your problem: you need to remove the N5 card
and its micro SD card, then blow gently into the micro SD slot and put it back in. Then blow into the slot of your DS and blow on the N5, then put your N5 back in and normally, if everything goes well, it works ;) (the goal is to remove the dust).
