Recover deleted shortcuts

Hello,
by uninstalling a program I had just installed (Samsung PC Suite), all the shortcuts on my desktop were deleted.
What should I do to recover them? I specify that I am using Windows XP

    There must be the names of the programs in the "all programs" list, and then you right-click on the program => create a shortcut (this one will be added below the original) and then you drag the shortcut to the desktop.

    You can do the same by going through Program Files.

      By the way, he doesn't know if they are really shortcuts; they are files that I saved directly on the desktop
      so I don't see them in the programs.
