I can't get the # symbol on my Versatis max phone. A small square appears instead!!!

    Hi, despite the date of the issue FCN Lyon had, I wanted to tell you that besides the hash symbol, you have a little zero that means exactly the same thing (hash in this case). I had the same problem.
