Pffff... you are really all, but ALL (well, almost) lost! You search "charmap" on your computer and you type Charmap! A small program that contains ALL the special characters in all the fonts!

Hello,  So, to create symbols with your keyboard, it's very simple: just go to "System Preferences" in "Language and Text" and then check "Universal (Unicode hex)" in the list on the left. Normally, the French box should already be checked as well. If not, check it. Also check the box on the right "Use the same input method for all documents" and "Show input menu in the menu bar." Then, in your menu (at the top right of your computer), a French flag will appear. Click on it and then click on "Show Keyboard Viewer." Once on this page, you will see all the characters. In the drop-down menu at the top of the page, select "Code Table." Choose from the characters offered the one you want, then check the code to which it belongs. For example: if on the left in the line of the symbol you chose it says 2660 and at the top in the column of the symbol you chose it says 5, then the code will be 2665. If it says E in the column, then the code will be 266e. To write the symbol, it's very simple: press ? and Space at the same time, then enter your code while pressing alt!!! Hello,  this is very simple. I have the same keyboard as yours and I'm doing it without any issues. My solution: Go to the start menu and search for "On-Screen Keyboard" and a keyboard will appear:  And after that, you can make your symbols without problems.
