Hello,
I’ve changed a Thomson TV 32m61nh21 three times at the service center;
after a few days, once in standby, I can't turn it back on, I have to unplug it
for it to work. And after about three weeks, the power supply blows.
Has anyone experienced this?
Does anyone know why?

Hello,
I just bought a Thomson 46E90NF32 that seems to show the same symptoms.
I set it up yesterday (on the evening of August 18th), and as soon as I put it in standby, I couldn't turn it back on using the remote control; I had to unplug it and plug it back in, and since this morning, it's impossible to turn it on.
It seems to be faulty, and I am waiting for a replacement from Boulanger.
Typical of a manufacturing defect...

Hello,
I'm following up on this topic that dates back a little to see what the outcome was.
My LCD TV (Thomson) is over a year old and has been doing exactly the same thing for the past two weeks.
If you have any information regarding this kind of problem, thank you in advance. -
Hi
It's the same for us
thomson lcd 32nh21
same symptoms, it's the second time it's gone for repairs, the replacement TV is the same model and it just broke tonight too!!!
As soon as we turn on the computer, impossible to wake up the TV and after unplugging/replugging, it's dead
Long live thomson and Boulanger, hoping they don't keep the 600€ deposit!!! -
HELLO SAME SYMPTOM AS YOU BUT I HAVE MODEL 42M61NF21, BUT FOR ME IT NO LONGER HAS A WARRANTY SO TO REPAIR IT IT COSTS ME 550 EUROS THOMSON QUOTE

I also have a Thomson 32M61NH21 and it is being repaired at Thomson. They just received the part after 2 months. I asked for a credit note to buy another one, but since they just received the part, they no longer want to issue it. So I might get it back in about a week if all goes well. I no longer trust this television, and Thomson doesn’t even make a commercial gesture.

The main failure of Thomson LCD screens is due to the design of the power supply board of these screens. The overheating of the components literally "grills" the integrated circuit located on the board.
The symptoms: unwanted sleep mode switches, inability to turn on without first unplugging the power, clicking from the screen without rebooting when attempting to switch, blinking of the standby LED.....
I have new power supply boards available. Please contact me by sending a picture of your board. It is the board that is directly connected to the power supply.
Best regards
