Bonjour,
J'ai aussi un problème de fenêtres intempestives sur firefox
En suivant les conseils sur ce forum, j'ai effectué un rapport hijackthis et un rapport navilog1 que voila
Possible de me filer un coup de main pour analyser ca?

Veille à ce que le contrôle des comptes utilisateurs (UAC) soit désactivé.
Fais un Clic-droit sur le raccourci Navilog1 présent sur ton bureau et choisis "Exécuter en tant qu'administrateur".

Au menu principal, Fais le choix 2
Laisse toi guider et patiente.
Le fix va t'informer qu'il va alors redémarrer ton PC
Ferme toutes les fenêtres ouvertes et enregistre tes documents personnels ouverts
Appuie sur une touche comme demandé.
(si ton Pc ne redémarre pas automatiquement, fais-le toi-même)
Au redémarrage de ton PC, choisis ta session habituelle si nécessaire.
Patiente jusqu'au message :
*** Nettoyage Termine le ..... ***
Le blocnote va s'ouvrir.
Sauvegarde le rapport de manière à le retrouver
Referme le blocnote. Ton bureau va réapparaître
Réactive le contrôle des comptes utilisateurs (UAC)

PS:Si ton bureau ne réapparaît pas, fais CTRL+ALT+SUPP pour ouvrir le gestionnaire de tâches.
Puis rends-toi à l'onglet "processus". Clique en haut à gauche sur fichiers et choisis "exécuter"
Tape explorer et valide. Cela te fera apparaître ton bureau

voila le hijackthis - du meme coup j'en profite, jai un paquet de programmes qui démarrent tous seuls et qui ralentissent pas mal mon system, genre toshiba informaiton center, itunes, et bref.. comment on peut se débarasser de ca sur vista ??

J'ai fais le nettoyage navilog et pas de fenetre ouverte jusque la... ca a l'air de marcher !

Il manque le 3/4, toutes tes programmes d'ouvertures et le reste..........

Clique sur ce lien

pour télécharger le fichier d'installation d'HijackThis.

Enregistre HJTInstall.exe sur ton bureau.

Double-clique sur HJTInstall.exe pour lancer le programme

Par défaut, il s'installera là :
C:\Program Files\Trend Micro\HijackThis

Accepte la licence en cliquant sur le bouton "I Accept"

Ferme Hijackthis en cliquant sur la croix-rouge.

Télécharge DSS (Deckard's System Scanner de Deckard) sur ton Bureau à partir de ce lien :

http://www.techsupportforum.com/sectools/Deckard/dss.exe

Choisis "Enregistrer" et "Bureau" comme emplacement.

Ferme toutes les applications en cours (très important, sinon l'ordi peut planter).

Double-clique sur DSS.exe pour lancer l'outil.

S'il ne trouve pas HijackThis, clique sur Oui.

Clique sur OK à chaque fois que cela sera demandé.

L'analyse finie, un fichier texte s'affichera. Poste son contenu dans ta réponse.

Le rapport se trouve ici : C:\Deckard\System Scanner\main.txt.

mmh pas de réponse.. ca veut dire que c'est niquel ou que c'est l'horreur? ou je patiente? le message "son rapport est vérolé a mort" me rassure pas des masses
Aussi j'ai aussi un message d'erreur de symantec a chaque démarrage avec PIF::AlertEng.dll (meme après la supression de 2 trojan) ce que j'ai apercu sur google me montre que c'est pas terrble.. un lien quelconque ?
Je peux virer navilog ? parceque y'a conflit avec antivir qu'est vraiment pas content de ce programme...
