Dailymotion issue, very slow loading

Hello,

my problem is that for a week now, I can't watch a video on YouTube or Dailymotion, as it buffers, then stops, then buffers again, etc.

I don’t know what to do...

I've already cleaned my PC, done restorations, etc. ... nothing works...

What should I do?

      Windows updates disabled, 20M with Free, I’m loading 3 seconds in 15 seconds. And I'm alone on the connection.

    I don't know if your problem is solved but I had the same issue suddenly, all the videos I was watching live on Daily or YouTube stopped working
    it's a bandwidth issue, I found out that I was downloading too many files simultaneously on eMule, over 50 files, I reduced it and everything got back to normal so try to see if you have something that is eating up your ADSL bandwidth and reduce it.

    I think the problem comes from Dailymotion or the cables. I am with Neuf and I live on the island of Réunion; and I have the same issue. I am using Firefox, and I read in another post that there was also a problem on Chrome. So, what to do? If there is anything to do? Or could it be from Yahoo? Since recently France said no to the acquisition of Dailymotion...
