One speaker out of two

Hello,
I have a little issue:
I have a subwoofer with two speakers connected to my sound card with a single jack plug.
I only have one speaker that works while when I plug the jack into my phone, both speakers and the subwoofer function correctly.
So I bought a new sound card thinking it was faulty.
With the new sound card, the same problem occurs; I only get sound from one speaker and the subwoofer works weakly.
There may be a checkbox to check or uncheck, but I don't know where it is; can someone help me?
Thanks in advance.

Do you have the same settings as on your Hi-Fi system for bass, treble, and for each channel? If one channel is at zero, you won't have any sound from the corresponding speaker!
See you!
