Erreur norton internet security 2004

Bonjour, j'ai un probleme avec norton, j'ai toujours une erreur pour faire le update "LU1844" Je suis aller sur le site "symantec.fr mais quand je fait "centre de mise a jour" la page n'existe plus ! Alors comment faire les mises a jour ? Merci Je connais pas grand chose en informatique merci pour vos réponses....
