Hello,
I used to be a member of WordBiz (in French) and after a long break, I can no longer log in with my current nickname (password unchanged)
I don't understand why
I reset the site (but it's in English now) and I still can't access it???

Il faut créer un nouveau pseudo, par exemple, cela doit marcher. Peut-être faut-il désinstaller Word, biz el le réinstaller en changeant de pseudo, voilà...

when you launch word.biz, you click on options and the second line (in English) corresponds to the game settings, and at the bottom of this small window you change the language to French. I just found it because I also struggled to get it in French. Have fun playing.

I also forgot to tell you that below the language to select, there is also the dictionary to choose because it is automatically set to American. There you go. Good luck.

Hello, ATTENTION, IMPORTANT, I HAVE THE SOLUTION TO FIND WORDBIZ AND IT WORKED FOR ME!! THANKS TO TANTADIDI WHO GAVE THE SOLUTION!! YOU GO TO WORDBIZ AND UNCHECK THE BOX: I USE A FIREWALL ONLY ON THE MAIN SERVER!! AND MIRACULOUSLY FOR ME IT WORKED, I CAN ONCE AGAIN CONNECT AND PLAY!!!!! Hello, I don't think you will have lost all your points because I was disconnected for a month and I got everything back!! Have you tried connecting to the main server ISC? It should work and restore Word Bizz in French!! Or, in the status bar at the top, go to options and select French. I hope it works for you!! Good luck and see you soon on Word Bizz in French!

I'm in the same situation, with the difference that I can connect on my desktop PC and it’s IMPOSSIBLE ON THE LAPTOP
I tried reinstalling, but the response is invariably: the username.... is already in use, please choose another one...
I obviously tried and I get the same response - funny if it weren't so annoying - and I can’t play anymore...

Wordbiz connection problem with Windows 7 solution: go to the Control Panel, then click on "Change User Account Control settings", then lower the slider to "Never notify me". Then restart your PC, which is very important; otherwise, it won't work. And there you go, it's all set.

Good evening, it worked for me. Try it when you open Word Biz, in the boxes on the left, there is username then password, then save password, then main server ISC and below you need to uncheck the box "I use a firewall!" It worked for me, from the bottom of my heart, I wish this solution works for you too!! See you soon on Worbizz.

Hello again

I finally managed to open Wordbiz, here's what I did:

- I right-clicked on the icon on my desktop
- in the large window that opens (open, ....) I clicked on: run as administrator

and now I can get back to the game

I hope this helps you :)

Hello,

I have a problem connecting to Wordbiz on my Acer laptop running Windows XP. I open the application, it asks for my credentials, I validate, and then it doesn't work anymore. It displays:
- Attempting to connect
- Validating username and password

And it doesn't progress any further.
However, I was able to play for several months, but now it won't work on the laptop.
What can I do to resolve this issue?
On my desktop PC, I have no problems.

You need to go to your little red square, then properties, then search for the target, and there uninstall everything one by one, then reinstall Scrabble and Sound. It works for me after so much research without changing your username, good luck fafa.
