Hello, I've been playing at Internet Scrabble Club for over 2 years. I've never had any problems. But for the past 3 days, I've been unable to connect. I'm being told: The Internet Scrabble Club server is down or there's a connection issue.
I checked with a friend who told me she had problems yesterday, but that it's working today. Moreover, I have Java installed and I even reconfigured the latest software. So why am I still having issues?
Configuration: Windows VistaInternet Explorer 7.0

I want to respond and keep in touch with you, so we can help each other find a solution to reconnect on Wordbiz. I really miss the game, but also the nice connections I made. Would you perhaps consider giving us the chance to call each other? We could exchange our numbers to possibly discuss more specifically the problem we are encountering. There must be a connection issue, but I don’t understand why they don’t send a message to inform the regulars!! I’ll keep you updated as soon as I have some news!! Hello, it's not just the Paris region that has problems with Wordbiz; I'm from the Lyon region and I can't connect either. I would also like to find a solution. When I try to connect, my computer actually shuts down?? I'm also having withdrawal symptoms.

Click on Run as administrator with the left mouse button
then click on Allow

I don't know if I can help you, but I solved my problem as follows: when entering Wordbiz, a small window appears. In this window, the last line says: "I use a firewall," preceded by a box. There was a check in the box. When I removed it, I accessed the game.
I hope it works for you.

For Wordbiz access issues:
go to the program
right-click on wordbiz
then left-click on "run as administrator"
click allow and the wordbiz window opens

I have been experiencing this problem for a while now; at first, I thought it was my computer, and then I was able to open it as you mentioned above by authorizing it with the administrator. But for the past week, I have lost access; I can no longer open it because it tells me that the publisher is not recognized?
