Hello, I've been playing at Internet Scrabble Club for over 2 years. I've never had any problems. But for the past 3 days, I've been unable to connect. I'm being told: The Internet Scrabble Club server is down or there's a connection issue.
I checked with a friend who told me she had problems yesterday, but that it's working today. Moreover, I have Java installed and I even reconfigured the latest software. So why am I still having issues?

Good evening, I received your message, but I don’t believe it’s from the modem. I tried to register under another username, but I can't access Wordbiz!! And we’re not the only ones, as I've seen!! There must be a connection issue, but I don’t understand why they don’t send a message to inform the regulars!! I’ll keep you updated as soon as I have some news!! I don't know if I can help you, but I solved my problem as follows: when entering Wordbiz, a small window appears. In this window, the last line says: "I use a firewall," preceded by a box. There was a check in the box. When I removed it, I accessed the game.

I want to respond and keep in touch with you, so we can help each other find a solution to reconnect on Wordbiz. I really miss the game, but also the nice connections I made.
