Problem turning on my ESSENTIELB MP3 player

Hello, I have a problem with my brand new ESSENTIELB MP3 player that I bought at Boulanger. I can't turn it on; I charged it for 4 hours and nothing. The computer recognized it, it charged, but it won't turn on, there is no shock, I just bought it and it hasn't turned on once (except when I connected it to the computer). HELP, it's driving me crazy, I've tried everything, please help me

    Finalement, I had to go see customer service. They changed it for me right after I returned the CD and all that. You won't be able to fix it by yourself. It's a manufacturing defect; the battery doesn't work. I hope it's under warranty with you. Let me know if you have a problem.

    I also had the same problem as you :( My brand new Clip B 2GB video player never turned on, and my computer detects it as a removable disk; I can listen to the music on it on my PC, but otherwise, it's just a pile of scrap metal: not to mention the Boulanger website, where you can't find any technical support to at least have an idea of the different problems one might encounter. I've tried everything with or without the CD, nothing works. In the end, I only use it as a flash drive.

      Well, yes, you're obligated; it's really important, and if you don't have it, you'll have to pay someone to fix it for you, and it might even be more expensive than your MP3 player.

    This MP3 is terrible, really terrible, with a very small font and not very readable. It makes noise, it sounds like a toy. I wanted to exchange it, but since I didn't have the packaging, the customer service didn't want to hear anything. This MP3 is a SCAM, DO NOT BUY IT!!
