Je reprends ici notre dialogue, le temps qu'il m'a fallu pour récupérer le système qui semble avoir été perturbé par l'exécution (en mode administrateur...) de MSNfix : le scan a démarré mais rien ne s'est passé... j'ai laissé faire pendant plus d'un quart d'heure et alors j'ai décidé d'arrêter, d'autant plus que IE avait disparu...

J'ai recommencé plus tard en mode normal et alors MSNfix a commencé son scan et m'a sorti presqu'immédiatement et 8 fois la ligne "Accès refusé"

Puis comme il ne faisait plus rien, j'ai arrêté les frais.

J'ai essayé de lancer IE et Windows Live Messenger m'a alors sorti l'erreur 80072ee7
J'ai essayé par Mozilla Firefox qui a refusé d'aller plus loin en m'avertissant que le serveur était introuvable : "Firefox ne peut pas trouver le serveur à l'adresse go.microsoft.com".

Deux fonctions d'Avast avaient disparu, dont la protection Web. Et Avast! (non sollicité manuellement) me sortait les messages "Avast! ne peut pas protéger (...) erreur 10044 ... (pour tous les protocoles qu'il trouvait)

J'ai été sur Diagnostic Réseau de Windows mais il m'a certifié qu'il n'y avait pas de réparation automatique possible...

Je commençais à désepérer après avoir essayé divers trucs qui ne donnaient pas de résultat quand au fil de mes essais de rebootage en tapant F5 (ou F8) je suis arrivé sur la possibilité de restaurer le système et c'est ce que j'ai fait ; malheureusement (?), ça écrase les fichiers temporaires...

Tous nos post semblent avoir disparu sauf ton dernier.

Le point de restauration avait été créé cette nuit le 26/5 à 2H31:45 (avant ou après combofix, je ne sais plus)

J'espère que tous nos post sont encore dans ma boîte e-mail

Merci d'intervenir mais je crois qu'il est préférable que Chiquitine29 continue le travail considérable qu'elle a déjà effectué avec moi, à moins que toi ou elle y voient une objection.

Je vais l'avertir que j'ai retrouvé les posts et m'en vais voir si ma boîte courriels est toujours active.

J'ai pas encore eu le temps de faire ce bilan mais jusqu'au plantage partiel tout semblait aller bcp mieux...

bon ton rapport hijackthis est propre

néanmoins

ferme hijackthis

fais un clic droit sur hijackthis
chosi executer en tant qu administrateur
fais scan only

coche cette ligne :

coche la et clic sur fix checked

ensuite va dans panneau de configuration
affichage classique
programmes et fonctionnalité

désinstal JAVA ausii appelé JSE ENVIRONMENT

Ensuite telecharge et instal cette version de java (car la tienne n est pas a jours )

alors je te conseille de le desinstaller et d´installer antivir a la place

Pour désinstaller Avast telecharge cet outil

ensuite suis cette procédure :

Maintenant , nous allons supprimer les logiciels de désinfection que je t'ai fait téléchargé.
En effet , s'en servir est dangereux pour le pc si l'on ne s'y connais pas.
De plus ils sont mis régulièrement à jours.

? Ferme toutes les applications en cours, puis télécharge ToolsCleaner2 sur ton Bureau.

? Double clique sur ToolsCleaner2.exe >
? Clique sur .Recherche
? puis sur Suppression quand la liste est trouvée.
? Poste le rapport (TCleaner.txt) qui se trouve à la racine de ton disque dur (C:\).

(CTRL+A Pour tout selectionner , CTRL+C pour copier et CTRL+V pour coller )

Note : ton bureau RISQUE de disparaître, c'est normal. S'il n'apparaît pas à la fin du scan, fais la manip suivante :

CTRL+ALT+SUPP pour ouvrir le Gestionnaire des tâches.
Puis rends toi à l'onglet "Processus". Clique en haut à gauche sur Fichiers et choisis "Exécuter"

Tape explorer.exe et valide. Cela fera re-apparaître le Bureau

Je n'ai pas encore terminé ce que ton post 8 me demandait de faire mais tout s'est bien déroulé.

J'ai encore à désinstaller Avast! (que j'ai désactivé une fois que AntiVir free eut été installé, activé et updaté) et à faire le clean-up des outils spéciaux mais ça ce sera pour demain...

Je n'ai cependant pas pu résister à demander à Antivir de faire un scan complet et je te poste son rapport.

Il est suivi par un rapoort HJT effectué en mode administrateur (le mode normal sort un warning concernant l'impossibilté d'écrire dans un fichier host je crois).

Je viens d'exécuter en mode sans échec aswClean pour évacuer
Avast! ça s'est fait sans problème mais, apprès le reboot automatique
du PC et après avoir appelé IE j'ai eu le warning suivant dans
une petite fenêtre :

t as apparremment un leger soucis avec le pilote de ta carte reseau ou le wifi (le wifi je crois)

oui continue si ça le refais on réinstallera le pilote

suis ça a la lettre :

telecharge et instal lspfix :

dezippe lspfix

fais un clic droit sur lspfix
chosi executer en tant qu administrateur

coche la case : i know what i m doing

fais un clic sur chaque fichier dans le cadre de gauche
clic sur la fleches qui va vers la droite pour mettre tous les fichiers dans le cadre de droite

clic sur finish ça te mettra repair complete

ensuite refais un scan hijackthis et poste le rapport stp

Est-ce que j'exécute la fin du process demandé dans ton post 8 d'abord (toolscleaner), ou est-ce que je fais en priorité ce que tu viens de me demander dans ton post 13 : j'ai déjà de le lspfix sur mon bureau , paramétré autrement bien sûr, mais la présence de l'ancien risque peut-être d'emm... l'installation du nouveau?

Je resume : oublie les post precedent

1) Pour l instant ne fais pas toolcleaner

2) Occupe toi de java

3) tu as donc désinstallé avast c est bien

4) dans ton hijackthis tu as ça :

4) on va s en séparé pour cela :

fais un clic droit sur lspfix
chosi executer en tant qu administrateur

coche la case : i know what i m doing

fais un clic sur CHAQUE fichier dans le cadre de gauche
clic sur la fleches qui va vers la droite pour mettre TOUS les fichiers dans le cadre de droite

clic sur finish ça te mettra repair complete

ensuite refais un scan hijackthis et poste le rapport stp

toolcleaner :

Ferme toutes les applications en cours, puis télécharge ToolsCleaner2 sur ton Bureau.

? Double clique sur ToolsCleaner2.exe >
? Clique sur .Recherche
? puis sur Suppression quand la liste est trouvée.
? Poste le rapport (TCleaner.txt) qui se trouve à la racine de ton disque dur (C:\).

(CTRL+A Pour tout selectionner , CTRL+C pour copier et CTRL+V pour coller )

Note : ton bureau RISQUE de disparaître, c'est normal. S'il n'apparaît pas à la fin du scan, fais la manip suivante :

CTRL+ALT+SUPP pour ouvrir le Gestionnaire des tâches.

Avant d'aller plus loin dans l'exécution de la procédure spécifiée,
je te soumets la liste des applications tournant (ou susceptibles de tourner) normalement.
Lesquelles faut-il suspendre juste avant la mise en route de l'outil
qui va retirer de mon ordi CCleaner, Zeb-restore, Combofix, SmitfraudFix etc.?

1. Avira Antivir (actif).
2. Spybot S & D.
3. AVG Antispyware.
4. Windows Defender.
5. Windows Update.
6. Windows Pare-feu.

non pas necessaire

apres passage de toolcleaner envoi moi le rapport

ensuite je te ferais faire une manip pour verifier ton fichier host (car il m inquite)

pour le fichier host on le fera en messagerie sur ce site (je t expliquerai pourquoi)

et pour finir on optimisera un peut ton pc

J'ai bien capté ton dernier post !!!

J'ai ûn petit scrupule a exécuter ToolsCleaner2 sans être rassuré : c'est en effet lors de son exécution je crois que quelque chose s'est mal passé la dernière fois : c'est le bidule où il y a un scan dans un petit incrusté bleu non ?
1. Je l'exécute sous quel mode ?
2. Je suppose qu'il faut aussi avoir quitté IE avant que je lance son exécution ?

TTcleaner s'est terminé normalement et voici son rapport mais j'ai encore eu le même gros problème que hier et j'ai du restaurer à partir du Centre de sauvegarde (dans le panneau de config) windows (i.e. Réparer en utilisant Restauration du système, point de restauration choisi: 2008/05/27 12:00 point de contrôle planifié par le système);
j'ai ainsi pu rétablir la connexion réseau qui était impossible mais il y a un petit problème maintenant, c'est que Avast! se repointe).
Je vais préparer un log HJT que je t'enverrai dans mon prochain post.
en attendant, voici le log du cleaner (note qu'il n'a pas tout écrasé car j'ai encore des outils sur mon bureau tels que lspfix, malekal, ccleaner...)

ouais y a bien un soucis dans le fichier host ....

malewarebyte garde le (nettoie une fois tout les 15 jours)

ccleaner garde le (nettoie 1 fois par semaine)

Voici le log de HJT : les O10 sont revenus !!!

A la fin du processus de restauration, ça galérait ferme pour réouvrir ma session mais je suppose qu'il devait retrouver des tas de trucs dans ses registres etc...

Bon, le principal (pour moi) c'est que je puisse réutiliser le réseau pour pouvoir continuer à travailler avec CCM

Quel est le programme ? Faut-il quitter et arrêter l'ordi puis le rebooter pour voir si il galère toujours autant ?
