infecte trojan-dowloader.win32.sma Résolu

Question

Bonjour,
mon antivirus m'a avertie que j'ai ete infectee par ce trojan (il vient de msn)je l'ai normalement supprime mais depuis ce matin j'ai  eu 3 avertissements d'infections,comment voir si il est reellement parti!merci de m'aider car je suis pommee ds tout ca!

pas de panique voilà ce que tu vas faire

Téléchargehttp://sosvirus.changelog.fr/MSNFix.zip (!aur3n7) sur ton Bureau. 
Décompresse-le sur ton bureau (Clique-Droit/Extraire tout). 
 
Ouvre le dossier MSNFix puis double-clique sur MSNFix.bat. 
- Exécute l'option R. 
-- Si l'infection est détectée, presse une touche pour lancer le nettoyage. 
 
Si une erreur de suppression est détectée un message s'affichera demandant de redémarrer l'ordinateur afin de terminer les opérations. 
Dans ce cas il suffit de redémarrer l'ordinateur manuellement. 
 
Poste le rapport situé dans le dossier MSNFix. 
Le nom du rapport correspond au moment de sa création : date_heure.log 


Télécharge puis installe hijackthis (Trend Micro) 
Poste ensuite un rapport dans ta prochaine réponse.

le dossier est compressé  une fois winrar installé tu vas le voir sur ton bureau et apres tu clic droit dessus pour l'extraire sur ton bureau.

attend du calme tu n'est pas bête.
ecoute bien .
le lien de msnfix ci dessus que je t'ai envoyé ( msn.fix.zip) tu clic dessus jusque la ça va.
une petite fenêtre va s'ouvrir et te demander d'enregisré ou d'annulé (TU FAIS ENREGISTRER)
une autre fenêtre s'ouvre et la tu clic enregistrer sur bureau et ok.
une fois que msnfix  est sur ton bureau (les livres empilés marqué msn.fix.zip) tu clic droit avec ta sourie dessus et tu fais extraire tout.
et voilà tu à maintenant le dossier est
sur ton bureau.
maintenant tu peux suivre les instructions précédemment envoyé. Les premières instructions.

Télécharge http://sosvirus.changelog.fr/MSNFix.zip (de !aur3n7)  sur ton Bureau. tuto: https://www.malekal.com/supprimer-virus-desinfecter-pc/
Dézippe-le sur ton bureau.
 
Ouvre le dossier MSNFix puis double-clique sur MSNFix.bat. (L’extension bat peut ne pas apparaître)  
- Exécute l'option R.  
- Si l'infection est détectée, presse une touche pour lancer le nettoyage. (N)  
 
Si tu dois redémarrer l’ordinateur fais le manuellement.
 
Poste le rapport situé dans le dossier MSNFix.  
Le nom du rapport correspond au moment de sa création : date_heure.log
 
Note : Si tu obtiens un fichier zip d’upload sur ton bureau, fais ceci  http://www.infos-du-net.com/forum/272805-11-upload-fichiers-supects-msnfix



télécharge et ensuite double clic dessus il va se mettre sur ton bureau.

Télécharge sur ton bureau : Clean:http://www.malekal.com/download/clean.zip (de Malekal) >Tuto:http://mickael.barroux.free.fr/securite/clean.php
Dézippe le sur ton bureau. Double-clic sur ce dossier clean.  
Double-clic sur clean.cmd. (L’extension cmd peut ne pas apparaître)  Cela va ouvrir une fenêtre noire.  
Un menu va apparaître, choisis l'option 1 puis entrée. Ensuite appuies sur une touche comme il te sera demandé.
Poste le rapport se trouve ici : C:\rapport_clean.txt

Télécharge ccleaner https://filehippo.com/download_ccleaner/ (>>tuto à lire http://www.infos-du-net.com/forum/272336-7-Ccleaner-under-construction) tu download «the latest version » puis installe le en décochant - Ajouter la Barre d'Outils Yahoo! CCleaner  
Puis lance le nettoyage, puis fais chercher des erreurs et sauvegardes si tu le souhaites.
 
Télécharge et installe Antivir. (tutorial antivir: https://www.malekal.com/avira-free-security-antivirus-gratuit/  )
Pourquoi changer ? Avast vs Antivir:http://forum.malekal.com/ftopic3528.php
Vérifie qu’il soit bien à jour ! Ouvre Antivir; va dans l'onglet Scanner, active la recherche de rootkits via le + de rootkit search, puis dans manual selection, coche tout (tes partitions de disque dur), lance le scan. Poste moi le rapport généré (qui se trouve dans l'onglet reports).

ta première analyse avec antivir fais là en mode sans echec.

Refais un log hijackthis -- stp

N'oublie pas une chose, c'est qu'avec une version Windows non officielle, tu risques d'avoir toujours des soucis...

MSNFix aurait dû trouver cette O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [Flash Media] C:\WINDOWS\system32\^^^^^^.exe 

Supprimer la version actuellement sur le PC.
Télécharger MsnFix  http://sosvirus.changelog.fr/MSNFix.exe  ([Enregistrer] > choisir sur le "Bureau") 
Accepter les alertes éventuelles de l'antivirus installé.
Double-clique sur l’icône placé sur le bureau, puis [Exécuter] > choisir « Français » > [Suivant] dans l’assistant d’installation > cocher la case devant « Créer une icône sur le bureau » > [Suivant] > [Installer] > [Terminer]  ==> le programme se lance automatiquement.
- Exécute l'option R. 
- Si l'infection est détectée, presse une touche pour lancer le nettoyage. (N) 
Si tu dois redémarrer l’ordinateur fais le manuellement. 
Poste le rapport situé dans le dossier MSNFix. 
Le nom du rapport correspond au moment de sa création : date_heure.log

A la fin de l'installation, veille à ce que l'option "Mettre à jour Malwarebytes Anti-Malware" soit cochée. >>> clique sur "Terminer"

Lance Malwarebyte's Anti-Malware en double-cliquant sur l'icône sur le bureau.
Au premier lancement, une fenêtre t'annonce que la version est gratuite  >>> clique sur ok
Laisse les Mises à jour se télécharger
*** Referme le programme ***

Redémarre en "Mode sans échec"
Regarde ici pour exécuter le mode sans échec, sans stresser :

Il faut laisser aller le PC à son rythme, pour que s'installe le bureau; après quoi, tu réutilises ta souris.
Quand tu as le curseur qui clignote, tu peux avoir un temps d'ouverture du mode sans échec qui va jusqu'à 15 minutes. Il faut donc être patient.
Choisir sa session habituelle, (pas le compte "Administrateur" ou une autre).

Lance Malwarebyte's Anti-Malware
Onglet "Recherche" >>> coche « Exécuter un examen complet » >>> « Rechercher »
Sélectionne ton disque dur >>> clic sur « Lancer l'examen »

A la fin du scan >>> clique sur « Afficher les résultats » >>> « Enregistrer le Rapport »
Suppression des éléments détectés >>>> clique sur « Supprimer la sélection »
S'il t'est demandé de redémarrer >>> clique sur "Yes"
