Bonjour,
J'ai un trojan sur mon pc qui m'affiche ce message dès que je vais soit sur une page web soit que je rentre dans un dossier: your computer was infected by unknow trojan....." j'ai vu que d'autre persone ont le même problème

Désactive le contrôle des comptes utilisateurs (tu le réactiveras après ta désinfection):

- Va dans démarrer puis panneau de configuration
- Double Clique sur l'icône "Comptes d'utilisateurs"
- Clique ensuite sur désactiver et valide.

Ce qui veut dire que ta console Java n'est pas à jour !
Supprime les versions obsolètes
Les mises à jour Java ne sont pas des mises à jour de confort ; ce sont des mises à jour de SÉCURITÉ .
Installe la mise à jour

Passant en version 8.1, Adobe Reader améliore quelques bugs notamment celui de l'installateur qui rabâchait une erreur lorsque l'UAC de Windows Vista était désactivé.

Adobe recommande la mise à jour vers cette version.

Dans Ajout/Suppression des programmes, supprimer toutes les autres versions.

Windows Live Toolbar ► inutile donc supprime le dans ajout/supp des programmes


1/ Télécharge et installe CCleaner
(attention à l'installation penser à DECOCHER l'installation de Yahoo toolbar discrètement proposé en plus de CCleaner).

Lance AVG Anti-Spyware et clique sur le bouton Mise à jour.
Tu fermes

3/ Redémarre en mode sans échec
(Pour cela : démarrer le PC en tapotant sur la touche F8 du clavier jusqu'à ce que le menu des options avancées de Windows apparaisse puis avec les touches fléchées du clavier, sélectionner Mode sans échec puis appuyer sur la touche Entrée...)
Attention tu n'as pas accès à Internet dans ce mode donc note ou imprime les consignes qui suivent.

4/ Lance HijackThis
puis --> Do a system scan only
coche les lignes indiquées ci-dessous

5/ Assure-toi que tu as accès aux fichiers cachés.
(Démarrer->Poste de travail->Outils->Options des dossiers...->Affichage
"Afficher les fichiers et dossiers cachés" ->coché
"Masquer les extensions des fichiers dont le type est connu" ->décoché)

6/ ensuite supprime les fichiers et/ou dossiers suivants si présents :

C:\Program Files\Kiwee
C:\Program Files\Windows Live Toolbar

7/ Lance CCleaner
puis bouton Analyse ensuite Bouton Lancer le Nettoyage


8/ Lance AVG
Lance AVG Anti-Spyware
Clique sur le bouton Analyse (de la barre d'outils)
Puis sur l'onglets Comment réagir, clique sur Actions recommandées.
Reviens à l'onglet Analyse. Clique sur Analyse complète du système.
/!\ Si un fichier est infecté en fin d'analyse /!\
choisis l'option " Appliquer toutes les actions " en bas.
Clique sur "Enregistrer le rapport" puis sur "Enregistrer le rapport sous"
Enregistre ce fichier texte sur ton bureau.
Copie/colle le rapport

9/ Redémarre normalement
et poste un nouveau rapport HijackThis.

as-tu encore des dysfonctionnements ?

Tu l'as acheté Norton ???

Fais à la lettre ce qui est demandé

Désactive le contrôle des comptes utilisateurs (tu le réactiveras après ta désinfection):

- Clique ensuite sur désactiver et valide.

Télécharges ComboFix à partir d'un de ces liens :

Et important, enregistre le sur le bureau.

Avant d'utiliser ComboFix :

► Déconnecte toi d'internet et referme les fenêtres de tous les programmes en cours.

► Désactive provisoirement et seulement le temps de l'utilisation de ComboFix, la protection en temps réel de ton Antivirus et de tes Antispywares, qui peuvent gêner fortement la procédure de recherche et de nettoyage de l'outil.

Une fois fait, sur ton bureau double-clic sur Combofix.exe.

- Répond oui au message d'avertissement, pour que le programme commence à procéder à l'analyse du pc.

Bonjour,

Merci beaucoup de ton aide, j'ai fit ce que t m'avais dit en fait pas vraiment^^ :

j'ai fait la première fois l'option 2 qui est l'option de nettoyage, sans faire exprès mais c'est marrant ca m'affiche plus le message du virus pour le moment :p: trop fort .

Lol en fait l'option 2 c'est nettoyage et comme ton problème devait apparaitre a l'option 1 tu l'as virer tout seul ^^.

Bon de toute façon c'est de la grosse m**** norton antivirus je le sais bien j'ai fais une grosse betise en l'achetant mais bon trop la flemme de le reinstaller si c'est pour de totue menière être moins bien protégé que sans rien :p.

Je vasi installr la verson d'evaluaton de kaspersky qui est très bien et pusi voilà on verra après.

En totu cas merci de totu le temps passé sur mon problème.
